7. Troubleshooting
7.1 No Display
- Ensure the device is properly connected to both a power source and a load. The device draws power from the connected circuit to operate its display.
- Check if the Type-C cables used are functional and correctly inserted.
7.2 Incorrect Readings
- Verify that the connected power source and load are within the specified voltage (DC 4-30V) and current (0-12A) ranges of the KWS-2302C.
- Ensure the connections are secure and free from debris.
- Try using different cables or power sources to rule out external factors.
7.3 Button Unresponsive
- Ensure the device is powered on.
- If the button is stuck, gently try to free it. Avoid excessive force.
8. User Tips
- Monitor Fast Charging: The KWS-2302C supports various fast charging protocols. When testing, observe the power (W) reading to confirm if fast charging is active and at what rate.
- Track Battery Health: Use the capacity (mAh) and electrical energy (Wh) readings over time to monitor the charging performance and approximate health of your device batteries or power banks.
- Screen Orientation: Utilize the double-click screen rotation feature for optimal viewing, especially when the device is plugged into hard-to-reach ports.
- Data Retention: Remember that the device saves data upon power-off, so you can disconnect it and review the accumulated charge later.
