4. Compatibility
This display meter is designed to work exclusively with controllers using the UART2 communication protocol. It is crucial to verify that your e-bike or e-scooter controller supports UART2 to ensure proper functionality. Compatibility depends on the controller's protocol, not just the motor brand or model.
Important: If your controller does not use the UART2 protocol, this display will not function correctly.

8. Troubleshooting
8.1. E10 Error Displayed
If the instrument interface displays an E10 error after connection, it typically indicates one of the following issues:
- Communication Protocol Mismatch: The communication protocol used by the display (UART2) does not match the protocol of your controller. Ensure both devices use the UART2 protocol.
- Controller or Component Malfunction: The overall condition of your e-bike's electrical system is poor. A malfunction or short circuit in components such as the booster, rotary knob, or motor can prevent the controller from operating correctly, leading to a communication failure between the display and the controller.
9. User Tips
- Speed Limit: The default speed setting for this product is unlimited (100). If your e-bike's controller has its own speed limit, the display will only show the speed as limited by the controller.
- Voltage Compatibility: This display supports a wide voltage range of 24V/36V/48V/60V. (Note: The S810 model specifically supports only 36V).
- Protocol Verification: Always confirm your controller's communication protocol before purchasing or installing. If you are unsure, consult your controller's manual or contact its seller.
10. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the display screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the screen or casing.
- Inspection: Regularly check all connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage. Ensure the display is securely mounted.
- Water Exposure: While the display is IP65 waterproof, avoid prolonged submersion or high-pressure water jets directly on the screen.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the e-bike in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
11. Warranty and Support
For any issues or questions regarding your Mcezdy P3C LCD Display Meter, please contact the seller or manufacturer's support channel. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
Please note that returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for non-quality issues, especially if the product is incompatible due to an incorrect protocol match with your controller.
