Troubleshooting
- Controller not connecting: Ensure the controllers are charged. For wireless connection, follow the pairing steps in the "Setup" section. For wired connection, ensure they are securely slid onto the console.
- Buttons unresponsive: Check battery level. If fully charged and still unresponsive, try re-pairing the controllers.
- Motion control issues: Ensure the controllers are properly calibrated in the Nintendo Switch system settings.
- Charging issues: Verify the USB cable is securely connected to both the controller and the power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter.
Maintenance
- Keep the controllers clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the controllers to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the controllers yourself, as this may void any warranty.
- Store the controllers in a safe place when not in use to prevent damage.
User Tips
- The Hall-Linear trigger buttons offer precise and smooth input, which can be particularly beneficial in racing games or games requiring nuanced trigger control.
- While primarily designed for Nintendo Switch/OLED, the controllers feature USB and Bluetooth interfaces. Connecting to a PC might be possible with appropriate drivers, but this functionality is not officially supported or guaranteed.
- Take advantage of the flexible gameplay options: use them attached to the console for handheld play, as separate wireless controllers, or combined with a grip for a traditional gamepad feel.
