6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Powering On/Off
The tool is powered on when a charged battery is inserted. There is typically a power switch or trigger lock mechanism to prevent accidental firing.
6.2 Selecting Firing Mode
Your nailer/stapler gun features two firing modes: Single Shot and Burst Mode. A selector switch is usually located near the battery compartment.
- Single Shot Mode: For precise fastening, the tool fires one nail/staple each time the trigger is pulled and the contact safety pin is depressed against the workpiece.
- Burst Mode: For rapid fastening, the tool fires continuously as long as the trigger is held and the contact safety pin is repeatedly depressed against the workpiece. This mode can drive up to 100 nails per minute.

6.3 Adjusting Nailing Force/Depth
The nailing force can be adjusted to suit the hardness of different materials. A rotary knob, typically located near the firing mechanism, allows you to control the depth of fastener penetration.
- Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the nailing force.
- Test on a scrap piece of material to find the optimal setting before working on your main project.

6.4 LED Lighting
The tool is equipped with LED lights on both sides to illuminate the work area, allowing for normal operation in dark environments.

6.5 Material Penetration
The built-in small air pump allows the tool to easily penetrate materials such as 1mm iron sheets and 2mm aluminum plates.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tool.
- Cleaning: Keep the tool clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Fastener Magazine: Periodically clean the fastener magazine to prevent jams.
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not expose them to extreme temperatures. Charge batteries fully before storage and periodically during long storage periods.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the tool for any signs of damage, loose screws, or worn parts. Pay particular attention to the firing pin and piston, as these are wear parts. Replace damaged parts immediately.
- Storage: Store the tool in a dry, secure location out of reach of children. The tool can be conveniently hung for storage.

8. Troubleshooting
- Tool not firing: Check if the battery is properly inserted and charged. Ensure the contact safety pin is fully depressed against the workpiece. Verify the magazine is loaded with fasteners.
- Fasteners not driving fully: Adjust the nailing force/depth setting to a higher level. Ensure you are using the correct size and type of fasteners for the material.
- Jams: Remove the battery. Open the magazine and carefully remove any jammed fasteners. Inspect the firing channel for obstructions.
- Tool overheating: Allow the tool to cool down. Avoid continuous heavy use without breaks. Ensure proper ventilation around the tool.
9. User Tips
- For optimal performance and to prevent wear, regularly inspect the firing pin, piston, and needle for any signs of damage or excessive wear. These components may require replacement over time.
- Always use fasteners that are appropriate for the material and application to prevent damage to the tool or workpiece. Refer to the nail size diagram in the specifications section.
- When working on delicate surfaces, consider using a scrap piece of material as a buffer to prevent marring.
