5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your IMOU Ranger 2C camera using the Imou Life App:
- Step 1: Download the Imou Life App. Scan the QR code provided in the Quick Start Guide or search for "Imou Life" in Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) to download and install the app.
- Step 2: Register an Account. Run the Imou Life App and register a new account if you don't already have one.
- Step 3: Connect to Power. Connect the camera to a power source using the provided power adapter (DC 5V1A).
- Step 4: Wait for Booting. Allow the camera to boot up. The camera indicator will flash green light once it's ready.
- Step 5: Add Camera to App. Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera. If you have multiple cameras, add them one by one. If the Wi-Fi network changes or the indicator status goes wrong, reset the camera and repeat Step 5.
