8. Troubleshooting
This section provides solutions to common issues. For more complex problems, contact customer support.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not power on | No power supply; Power switch off; Internal fault | Check power cord and outlet; Turn on power switch; Contact support |
| No arc (MMA/TIG) | Poor ground connection; Incorrect current setting; Consumables worn; Gas not flowing (TIG) | Ensure good ground; Adjust current; Replace consumables; Check gas supply/flow |
| Poor cutting performance (CUT) | Low air pressure; Worn plasma tip/electrode; Incorrect current setting | Check air compressor/regulator; Replace plasma consumables; Adjust current |
| Overload indicator active | Exceeded duty cycle; Insufficient cooling | Allow machine to cool down; Ensure proper ventilation |

9. User Tips
- For MMA welding, the machine offers easy arc starting, which is beneficial for anti-stick electrodes, making it easier to initiate and maintain the arc.
- When performing TIG welding, aim for settings that result in low temperature solder joints and minimal material deformation. The pulse function can help achieve a desirable "fish scale" effect in the weld bead.
- Utilize the two-stage reduction design of the plasma torch for deeper and more efficient cuts.
- The machine incorporates noise reduction technology with a sound insulation board, contributing to a quieter working environment.
