3. Safety Instructions
Your safety is paramount. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- This electric scooter is designed for use by one adult only. Never carry additional passengers.
- Always wear a safety helmet and other protective equipment (e.g., knee pads, elbow pads) while using this product.
- Practice riding in an open, safe area (not on public lanes) until you are skilled in operation.
- Never ride this product in unsafe or illegal places.
- Always keep both hands on the handlebars and both feet on the scooter while riding. Do not attempt dangerous actions or ride with one hand.
- Anticipate and adapt your trajectory and speed to avoid obstacles and pedestrians. Do not attempt to directly pass steps higher than 3 cm.
- For your safety, control your speed to less than 25 km/h. When riding at night, turn on the headlight and limit your speed to 15 km/h or less.
- Do not use this product in ambient temperatures below -5 °C.
- In the event of bumps or poor road conditions, ride slowly or get off the scooter and push it forward.
- Do not use this product on oily or icy surfaces.
- To avoid damage to electrical parts, do not immerse the scooter in water deeper than 4 cm.
- Avoid using this product in bad weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, or strong winds to prevent damage.
- Use this product within the allowable load range (maximum 150 kg).
- Avoid storing or using the product in high or extremely low temperatures, or near flammable materials.
- The scooter is a special riding product; ride it on smooth roads without pits.
- Do not attach any load to the handlebar, as this will affect the stability of the vehicle.
- Engage the kickstand when the vehicle is not in use. Flip up the kickstand before riding. Do not park the vehicle on a slope.
- The minimum user height is 1.4m, and the maximum is 2.2m. The minimum age is 13 years old, and the maximum age is 70 years old.
- Braking performance and tire friction decrease in wet conditions. Slow down and brake earlier when it is raining.
- Keep plastic covering away from children to avoid suffocation.
- The brake may become hot during use; do not touch it immediately after riding.
- Do not modify or transform the vehicle, including the steering tube, sleeve, stem, folding mechanism, and rear brake.
- Always wear appropriate footwear when riding.
- Always anticipate your trajectory and speed while respecting local traffic laws and regulations.
4. Scooter Assembly
4.1 Unfolding the X7/X7PRO
To unfold the scooter, pull up the folding handle until the stem is straight and securely locked into place.

4.2 Lights Installation
Ensure that the handlebar and lights are fixed securely before riding. Check all connections and ensure they are tight.

4.3 Secure All Screws
Before riding, ensure all screws on the electric scooter are properly tightened to prevent any components from loosening during operation.
5. Charging
Follow these steps to charge your Sunnigoo X7/X7PRO Electric Scooter:
- Remove the rubber protective cover from the charging port.
- Insert the charger connector into the charging port on the scooter body.
- Insert the power plug of the charger into a power socket.
- The charger indicator light will be red while charging. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will turn green.
- It is recommended to power off the vehicle during charging or place it in a non-operational mode.

6. Operation
6.1 X7 PRO Dashboard Overview
The dashboard provides essential information and controls:

- NFC Instrument: For NFC card interaction.
- Accelerator: Controls acceleration.
- Headlight Switch: Toggles headlights.
- Acceleration Mode: Selects acceleration profile.
- Instrument Switch: For display settings.
- Deceleration Mode: Selects deceleration profile.
- Horn: Activates the horn.
- Ambient Light Button: Controls ambient lighting.
- Single Dual Drive Switch Button: Toggles between single and dual motor drive.
6.2 Basic Operations

- Wake Up Screen: Press and hold any key for 3 seconds. The dashboard will display the lock symbol, password, or NFC symbol.
- Unlock (NFC): Swipe your NFC card. A prompt sound indicates successful unlock, and the scooter will turn on.
- Unlock (Password): The first 3 digits of the mileage are the password area. Use the "+" and "-" keys to add or subtract digits. Short press the "Power button" to confirm each digit and move to the next. After entering the third digit, press "Power Button" to confirm the key. A "Beep" indicates success; if it fails, it will "Beep" as Fails, and the password will be cleared.
- Power Off/Lock: After entering riding mode, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off. You can also lock it by swiping your NFC card. The scooter will automatically shut down after several minutes of inactivity (shutdown time can be set). If inactive for 15 days, it enters deep sleep. To turn it on from deep sleep, you must press and hold the button to enter the password; NFC card swiping will not work.
- Shift Speed: Short press the "+" and "-" keys to shift speed (speed shifts in a cycle). The default is 1st gear. Press the "+" button for more than 3 seconds to switch to riding mode. Press and hold the "-" key for more than 4 seconds to switch the speed display (default is maximum speed).
- Headlights: Short press the "Headlight" button to turn headlights on and off.
- Horn: Press the horn button to sound the horn; release to stop.
- Menu Access (P00-P20): Press the "M" key for 5 seconds to enter the menu. In the project state, short press "M" to increase the menu number (P00-P20). Long press "M" to save and exit to normal driving status. The system will return to riding mode after 10 seconds without any button press.
7. Riding Instructions
7.1 Preparation for Riding
- Select an appropriate and safe riding place.
- Unfold the scooter according to the assembly instructions and ensure all connection elements (such as the folding system) are correctly tightened and not broken.
- Wear appropriate protective equipment, including a helmet.
- Check that the steering system is correctly adjusted, and that the brakes and wheels are in good condition.
7.2 Braking
- Under normal circumstances, holding the left brake lever will immediately power off the motor and engage braking. The greater the holding force, the greater the braking force.
- In emergency situations, you can step on the rear brake to simultaneously enable the electromagnetic brake of the front wheel and the friction brake of the rear wheel.
8. Maintenance
8.1 Lubrication
Add a small amount of white grease or lubricant to the folded part once every six months. Check the scooter once every three months for screw loosening and tighten any loose screws.
8.2 Battery Care
Upon receiving your electric scooter, fully charge the battery before its first use. The battery can be charged at any time to maintain power supply without damage. When not in use, the battery should be charged once every three months.
8.3 Storage and Daily Maintenance
Avoid leaving the scooter under direct sunlight or in severely humid places for extended periods. Keep the scooter clean.
Regularly check the tightening of all bolted elements, especially the wheel axles, the folding system, the steering system, and the brake shaft.
8.4 Cleaning Recommendations
- If you find stains on the scooter's body, wipe them off with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, apply some toothpaste and scrub with a toothbrush, then wipe with a damp cloth.
- Do not clean the scooter with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive chemical solvents, as these can cause severe damage.
- Do not wash the scooter with a high-pressure water spray.
- During cleaning, ensure the scooter is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber flap is closed to prevent water leakage, which could lead to electric shock or other major problems.
8.5 Routine Inspection
- Before riding, confirm that the folding mechanism is locked.
- Check whether the tires are badly worn. Contact an authorized dealer for replacement if needed.
- Check the tire pressure. If it's too low, inflate the tires immediately to the standard value.
- Check the wear condition of the brake pads. If wear affects the brake system, contact an authorized dealer.
- The screws used in this product are self-tightened. Note that the effect may diminish after several tightening cycles.
