1. Important Safety Warnings
An electric scooter is a sporting entertainment tool. When riding in public areas, there are potential safety risks. Always follow the instructions in this manual to ensure your safety and the safety of others, and to comply with local laws and regulations.
Riding an electric scooter on public roads or other public places carries the risk of accidents, even if you fully comply with this safety guide. Like all vehicles, the faster the electric scooter, the longer the braking distance. Foot braking on some smooth surfaces can also cause wheels to slip, leading to loss of balance or falls. Therefore, it is crucial to be vigilant, maintain appropriate speed, and keep a reasonable safety distance from other people and vehicles. Drive at low speed before entering unfamiliar terrain.
Always respect pedestrians when riding. Do not startle pedestrians, especially children. Remind pedestrians and slow down when approaching them from behind. When approaching them face-to-face, keep to the side and slow down.
The manufacturer is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or any other unfavorable events resulting from violating the instructions in this manual.
Do not lend the electric scooter to inexperienced individuals to avoid injuries. If you allow someone else to ride the scooter, you are responsible for their safety and must ensure they have carefully read this user manual.
Always check the electric scooter before each ride. If you find any missing parts, significantly reduced battery capacity, a flat or excessively worn tire, or any abnormal sounds or malfunctions, do not ride it.
⚠️ Disclaimer: Please mind potential fire risk and strictly follow the instruction manual for charging and storage. While using the product, please wear protective equipment and fully comply with the applicable law and regulations.

5. Charging
To charge your scooter:
- Ensure the scooter is powered off.
- Locate the charging port and open the rubber cap.
- Insert the charger plug into the port.
- Connect the charger to a power outlet. The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status (usually red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger and securely replace the rubber cap on the charging port to protect it from dust and moisture.
6. Riding Instructions
Always wear a helmet and kneepads when riding.
- Power On: Turn on the scooter and check the power indicator on the display.
- Initial Push: Stand on the board with one foot and push off the ground with the other. Once the speed reaches 5km/h, the motor will engage for acceleration.
- Accelerate: Gently press the accelerator lever. Once the scooter accelerates, place both feet on the board and maintain balance. Press the lever further down to increase speed.
- Braking: Release the accelerator to slow down. The energy recovery system will automatically activate. Squeeze the brake lever on the left handlebar to stop the scooter.
- Turning: Lean your body slightly in the direction you wish to turn and gently turn the handlebars.
7. Riding Safety Guidelines
- ⚠ Do not ride in the rain.
Figure 7.1: While the scooter has IP54 water protection, avoid riding in heavy rain. - ⚠ Slow down before speed bumps, potholes, and other uneven surfaces. Bend your knees to maintain stability.
- ⚠ Watch your head when passing through doorways or low obstacles.
- ⚠ Do not accelerate downhill.
- ⚠ Do not hang heavy objects like backpacks on the handlebars.
- ⚠ Do not press the accelerator when walking alongside the scooter.
- ⚠ Do not ride on roadways or in heavy traffic.
- ⚠ Avoid sudden turns at high speeds.
- ⚠ Do not ride in water deeper than 2 cm.
- ⚠ Do not ride with another person or a child.
- ⚠ Do not step on the fender.
- ⚠ Do not touch the disc brake immediately after frequent braking, as it can become very hot.
- ⚠ Do not release the handlebars while riding.
- ⚠ Do not ride upstairs or downstairs.
8. Folding and Transporting
Folding
Ensure the electric scooter is powered off. Open the folding mechanism, lower the pipe, and hook the handlebars onto the rear fender. To unfold, press the hook at the rear fender until the handlebars are released, then unfold the scooter.
Transporting
After folding, hold the pipe with one or both hands to carry the scooter.
9. Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
- Cleaning: Use a soft cloth dampened with a little water to wipe the scooter body. For stubborn dirt, you can use toothpaste and a toothbrush, then wipe with a damp cloth. For scratches on plastic parts, use sandpaper to polish.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive, volatile chemical solvents for cleaning, as this can severely damage the appearance and internal structure. Do not use a high-pressure water gun to spray or flush. Ensure the scooter is powered off and the charger unplugged, with the rubber cap tightened, to prevent electrical shock.
- Storage: Store the electric scooter in a dry and cool place when not in use. Avoid long-term outdoor storage. Sun exposure, overheating, or cold outdoor environments will accelerate aging of the scooter and tires, reducing the lifespan of the scooter and its battery pack.
Battery Maintenance
- Battery Compatibility: Do not use other models or brands of batteries, as this may pose a safety risk.
- Handling: Do not touch battery contacts, open, or expose the shell. Avoid metal objects touching battery contacts to prevent short circuits, which can cause battery damage, personal injury, or death.
- Charger: Only use the original charger to avoid damage or fire.
- Disposal: Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations to prevent environmental contamination.
- Recharging for Storage: Recharge the battery in time and fully charge it before storage to extend battery life.
- Temperature: Do not place the battery above 50°C or below -20°C (e.g., in a car under summer sun) or in fire. This can lead to battery failure, overheating, or fire. If not used for more than 30 days, fully charge it, store it in a cool, dry place, and fully charge it every 60 days. Failure to do so may damage the battery, and this damage is not covered by warranty.
- Prevent Deep Discharge: Recharge the battery in time to prevent complete power exhaustion, which significantly extends battery life. At room temperature, the battery pack offers higher mileage and performance. Below 0°C, battery life and performance will decrease; at -20°C, mileage may be half of that at room temperature. Performance restores as temperature rises.
- Long-term Standby: A fully charged electric scooter will deplete its stored power after approximately 120-180 days of standby. If not charged before its power is depleted, it may lead to excessive battery discharge damage, which is irreversible and not covered by free warranty. (Note: Non-professional personnel are prohibited from removing the battery pack, as this may lead to serious security incidents due to electric shock or short circuit.)
10. Troubleshooting
Disk Brake Adjustment
If the brake feels too tight, use the M5 Allen wrench to loosen the screw on the disc brake counter-clockwise. Adjust the brake cable to make the tail slightly shorter, then tighten the screw. If the brake feels too loose, loosen the screw, adjust the brake cable to make the tail slightly longer, and then tighten the screw.
Folding Mechanism Debugging
If the pipe shakes, use the Allen wrench to fasten the two screws on the folding mechanism.
Inflating Tires
If the tire is flat, remove the cap on the inlet, connect it to an air pump, and inflate it.
Common Issues & Solutions (from User Feedback)
- Scooter not turning on after charging: Ensure the charger indicator turns green, then try powering on. If it still doesn't work, check for any error codes on the display.
- Rear wheel blockage: If the rear wheel is difficult to turn or blocks, check for any obstructions or issues with the brake caliper alignment.
- Bluetooth connection issues: Ensure the scooter is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Search for the 'LENZOD' app (or 'Vicont' as mentioned by some users) and follow the pairing instructions within the app. If a QR code is missing, search the app store directly.
- Speed limit: The N7PRO has a maximum speed of 30km/h. If your scooter is limited to 15km/h or 20km/h, you can adjust the speed limit through the mobile application.
- Non-zero start mode: If the scooter doesn't accelerate from a standstill, it might be in non-zero start mode. This setting can usually be changed via the APP.
- Missing parts/damaged on arrival: Contact customer service immediately with details and photos.
