  1. Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Cannot connect to Carplay/Android Auto wirelessly. Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is off on the phone; incorrect pairing sequence. Ensure both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are active on your phone. First, pair via Bluetooth, then confirm Carplay/Android Auto usage.
Date and time are incorrect after device reset. The device does not have a built-in power module to retain time settings. Once Carplay/Android Auto is automatically connected, the device will synchronize the time from your iPhone or Android phone.
Cannot download APK files or install apps. The monitor does not run on an Android operating system. This device is not designed to download or install APKs. It uses Wi-Fi solely for Carplay/Android Auto data transfer.
No camera recording function. You might have the MT-02 variant. The MT-02 variant does not include cameras or recording functionality. Only the MT-01 variant (or similar models) features front and rear lenses with recording.
Screen unresponsive or frozen. Temporary software glitch or power issue. Try restarting the device by cycling its power. If the issue persists, contact support.
