4. Setup
The Ferrex T12 Soldering Station is designed for quick and easy setup, allowing you to start soldering in seconds.

- Insert Battery: Ensure your Ferrex 20V Lithium-ion battery is fully charged. Slide the battery into the base of the soldering station until it clicks securely into place.
- Connect Soldering Iron: Connect the cable from the soldering iron handle to the designated port on the soldering station unit.
- Place in Stand: Position the soldering iron in its stand when not in use to prevent accidental burns and protect the tip.
- Power On: Locate the power switch on the side of the battery adapter base and switch it to the 'ON' position.

5. Operating Instructions
The T12 Soldering Station features an OLED display and intuitive controls for precise operation.

- Power On: Flip the power switch on the battery adapter base to the 'ON' position. The OLED screen will illuminate.
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the front dial on the soldering station to adjust the desired temperature. The OLED display will show the 'Real-Time Set Temperature' (1) and 'Real-Time Working Temperature' (5).
- Quick Heating: The station heats up rapidly, reaching 0-350°C in approximately 8 seconds.
- OLED Display Information: The 1.3-inch OLED screen provides real-time feedback on various parameters:
- 1. Real-Time Set Temperature: Your target temperature.
- 2. Vibration Prompt: Indicates certain events or modes.
- 3. STC Usage: Status of the temperature control system.
- 4. Real-Time Voltage: Current battery voltage.
- 5. Real-Time Working Temperature: Actual temperature of the soldering tip.
- 6. Internal Temperature of the Machine: Internal temperature of the station.
- Auto Sleep Function: The unit features an adjustable auto-sleep mode (default 2 minutes). When the soldering iron is idle for the set duration, it will enter sleep mode to conserve energy and prolong tip life.
