4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- No Internet Connection:
If you are unable to connect to the internet, ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and within range. Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Network' > 'Wi-Fi' on the projector's Android TV system and select your network. Enter the correct password if prompted. For wired connections, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the projector and your router. - Blurred Image:
The projector features auto-focus. If the image appears blurry, try moving the projector slightly or manually adjusting the focus using the remote control. Also, check if the lens is clean. - Distorted Image (Trapezoid Shape):
Utilize the 6D keystone correction feature. The projector has auto-keystone correction, but you can also manually adjust it via the settings to achieve a perfectly rectangular image. - No Sound:
Check the volume level on the projector and any connected external audio devices. Ensure that the correct audio output is selected in the projector's settings. If using external speakers, verify their power and connection.
