3. Setup and Usage

Wearing the Massager

1. Wear the product around your neck and fasten the buckle.
2. Pull the straps with both hands simultaneously to adjust the tightness. If it feels too tight, pull the buckle outwards to loosen it to a comfortable level.
3. Once worn, the massager is ready for use.
4. If the massage intensity is insufficient, you can pull the straps or lean back to increase the massage intensity.

Button Operations

• Power On/Off: Long press the power button for 3 seconds.
• Switch Mode: Short press the power button.
• Turn On/Off Heating: Short press the heating button.
• Factory Reset: While the device is off, simultaneously long press the power button and the heating button for approximately 10 seconds. The mode indicator and heating indicator will flash once and then turn off, indicating a successful factory reset.

Note: The four default modes have a single working duration of 10 minutes, after which the device automatically shuts down. If you switch modes, the timer resets. The maximum continuous working time per session is 25 minutes, after which it automatically shuts down.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This product version is for the China region. When adding the Neck Massager, please select the Chinese server in the Mijia settings.

• For first-time connection, long press the power button to turn on the product, then proceed with Bluetooth connection.
• The product is integrated with Mi Home and can be controlled via the Mi Home App.
• Scan the QR code below to download and install the Mi Home App. If you already have the app, it will directly enter the device connection page. Alternatively, search for "Mijia" in your app store.
• Open the Mi Home App, click the "+" icon in the top right corner of the homepage, and add the device according to the app's instructions.

NFC Function

The product features a built-in NFC smart sensing chip. After downloading the Mi Home App and binding the massager, simply enable NFC on your phone and place it near the NFC sensing area shown in the diagram. Your phone will quickly open the Mi Home App control page for the massager. If the massager is not yet bound, your phone will redirect to the device addition page in the Mi Home App.

4. Massage Modes

This product offers 6 massage modes. The device itself provides 4 factory preset modes: Vitality, Gentle Kneading, De-stress, and Refresh. The Mi Home App provides two additional modes: Rest and Midday Rest.

• Vitality Mode: High-intensity massage, changes direction every 2 minutes. Efficient for relieving fatigue.
• Gentle Kneading Mode: Low-intensity massage, constant direction. Smooth and relaxing. Relieves fatigue, gentle relaxation.
• De-stress Mode: Changes intensity every 1 minute, changes direction every 2 minutes. Rich and layered, relieves pressure. Clears fatigue from late nights and overtime.
• Refresh Mode: Combines 5 minutes of De-stress mode with 5 minutes of Vitality mode. Efficient for staying alert for paper writing and exam preparation.
• Rest Mode (preset via App): Combines 5 minutes of Gentle Kneading mode with 10 minutes of Rest mode. Ideal for winter binge-watching.
• Midday Rest Mode (preset via App): Quick nap, efficient rejuvenation.

Customized Modes

• In addition to the preset modes, the Mi Home App allows you to add 4 customized modes.
• After connecting via Bluetooth, you can replace the Refresh mode with Rest, Midday Rest, or one of the 4 customized modes within the Mi Home App.
• Once a mode is written to the device, it can be used offline. The device always has 4 modes available, with Gentle Kneading, Vitality, and De-stress being fixed modes.

5. Maintenance

• Before cleaning the product, always disconnect it from the power source. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
• The product can be wiped clean but not washed. Do not allow water to enter the massage components or control panel.
• Keep away from fire, oil, corrosive liquids, and other adverse environments.
• Store the product in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
• The product is suitable for transportation by car, train, ship, or airplane. During transport, avoid squeezing, violent vibration, collision, rolling, and falling.
• If the product has not been used for a long time, charge it before re-use.
• If the product exhibits overheating, deformation, swelling, or battery leakage during storage, immediately stop using it and contact after-sales service.
