2.2 Charging the Device

The NF-613 endoscope is equipped with a 2600mAh battery. For optimal performance, fully charge the device before first use.

  1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the endoscope unit.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator (if present) will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 5 hours.

2.3 Attaching the Camera Cable

The camera cable is integrated with the main unit. Ensure it is securely connected before use. The cable is designed to be wear-resistant and durable.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power On/Off

  • To power on the device, press and hold the power button (usually located in the center of the three control buttons) until the screen illuminates.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.

3.2 Adjusting LED Brightness

The camera lens features 6 adjustable LED lights to illuminate dark inspection areas.

  • Use the dedicated light adjustment buttons (usually on either side of the power button) to increase or decrease the brightness of the LEDs.
  • Adjust the brightness to achieve optimal visibility without overexposure.

3.3 Viewing the Inspection Area

The 2.4-inch IPS screen provides a real-time view from the camera lens.

  • Carefully insert the camera lens into the area you wish to inspect.
  • Observe the live feed on the screen. The camera's focal length is 4-10cm for clear imaging.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

  • After each use, especially in dirty or wet environments, gently wipe the camera lens and cable with a soft, damp cloth.
  • For stubborn dirt on the lens, use a lens cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on any part of the device.
  • Ensure the lens is dry before storing.

4.2 Storage

  • Store the endoscope in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid kinking or sharply bending the camera cable to prevent damage to the internal wiring.
  • Keep the device away from strong magnetic fields.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Device does not power on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the device to a power source using the USB charging cable and try again.
  • No image on screen: Check if the device is powered on. Ensure the camera cable is not damaged.
  • Image is blurry or unclear: Adjust the LED brightness to an appropriate level. Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions. Position the camera within the optimal focal length of 4-10cm from the object.
  • LED lights are not working: Check if the device is powered on. Ensure the LED brightness is not set to the lowest level.
