4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Device

Before initial use, fully charge your MT43 Pro Smart Watch. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the watch and a compatible USB power source. The watch display will indicate charging status.

4.2. App Installation and Pairing

To unlock the full functionality of your smartwatch, you need to install the companion application on your smartphone and pair the devices via Bluetooth.

1. Scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or search for the official app in your smartphone's app store (compatible with Android 5.0+ and iOS 9.0+).
2. Install the application on your smartphone.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic Navigation

The MT43 Pro features a full-screen touch interface. Swipe across the screen to navigate through menus and functions. Use the physical buttons for quick access to specific features or to return to the home screen.

5.2. Bluetooth Call Function

Once paired with your smartphone, you can make and receive calls directly from your watch. Access the call function through the main menu. Ensure your watch is within Bluetooth range of your phone for this feature to work.

5.3. Music Control

Control music playback on your smartphone directly from your watch. Play, pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume without needing to take out your phone.

5.4. Health Monitoring

The watch continuously monitors various health metrics:

6. Maintenance

6.2. Water Resistance

The MT43 Pro Smart Watch is IP68 waterproof and dust-proof, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, such as washing hands or in rainy conditions, and can be used during professional sports activities. However, it is not recommended for hot water activities, diving, or prolonged submersion.

7. Troubleshooting

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 30 minutes.
• Cannot pair with smartphone: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch is in pairing mode. Try restarting both devices.
• Notifications not appearing: Check app permissions on your smartphone to ensure the companion app has access to notifications. Also, verify notification settings within the watch app.
• Health data inaccurate: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensors regularly.
• Watch faces not appearing as expected: Some watch faces might be exclusive to certain app versions or require additional downloads. Ensure your app is updated and check the watch face store within the app for available options.

• Connectivity Issues: If experiencing frequent disconnections, try to keep your smartphone and watch in close proximity. Obstacles or other Bluetooth devices can interfere with the connection.
