5. Installation
- Ensure the power supply to the light fixture is turned OFF at the circuit breaker before installation.
- Carefully screw the E27 Radar Motion Sensor LED Light Bulb into a compatible E27 lamp holder. Do not overtighten.
- Restore power to the fixture. The bulb will perform a brief self-test and then be ready for operation.
5.1 Compatibility
These bulbs are designed for standard E27 lamp holders. They are not compatible with certain types of switches that interfere with their internal sensing mechanism, such as:
- Sound and light control switches
- Human touch switches
- Human body sensor switches (external)
- Sound and light control lamp holders

6. Operation
The PIBAOGU Radar Motion Sensor LED Light Bulb operates based on microwave radar detection and ambient light levels. It is designed to function only in dark or low-light conditions.
6.1 Working Principle
- Motion Detection: When someone enters the sensing area (4-8 meters), the bulb will automatically turn on.
- Illumination Duration: The light will remain on for approximately 30 seconds as long as continuous motion is detected within the sensing area.
- Automatic Turn-Off: If the person remains still for about 30 seconds, or if the person leaves the sensing area for 30 seconds, the light will automatically turn off.
- Daylight Operation: The bulb will NOT turn on during the day or in bright environments, even if motion is detected. It is designed to conserve energy by only activating when light is needed.

7. Maintenance
- To clean the bulb, ensure the power is off and the bulb is cool. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use liquid or abrasive cleaners.
- No user-serviceable parts inside.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bulb does not turn on at night. | No motion detected, or insufficient darkness. | Ensure motion is within 4-8m range. Verify ambient light is low enough for activation. Check power supply. |
| Bulb stays on continuously. | Constant motion within the sensing area, or interference. | Ensure there is no continuous movement (e.g., pets, swaying objects) in the detection zone. Check for other electronic devices causing interference. |
| Bulb turns on during the day. | This should not happen under normal operation. | Ensure the ambient light sensor is not obstructed. If the problem persists, the bulb may be faulty. |
| Bulb does not respond to motion. | Incorrect switch type, power issue, or faulty sensor. | Verify the light fixture is not connected to an incompatible switch (see Section 5.1). Check power. If issues persist, contact support. |
| The bulb asks for a password. | Misunderstanding of product functionality. | These bulbs are not smart devices and do not require a password or app connection. They operate automatically based on motion and light levels. |
9. User Tips
- Energy Saving: These LED bulbs are highly energy-efficient. A 12W LED bulb provides comparable light to a 90W incandescent bulb, saving over 85% on electricity.
- Versatile Placement: The radar sensor's wall penetration capability allows for flexible installation. They work effectively in various fixtures, including outdoor wall lanterns, whether installed upwards or downwards.
- Ideal Locations: Best suited for areas where temporary lighting is needed in the dark, such as hallways, stairwells, garages, basements, and outdoor entryways.

10. Warranty and Support
This PIBAOGU LED Radar Motion Sensor Light Bulb comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. For warranty claims or technical support, please contact your retailer or the manufacturer with your proof of purchase.
