2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before use.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.

5. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and place the machine on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Clean: Before first use, wipe down the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Wash the water tank, portafilter, filter basket, and drip tray with warm, soapy water, then rinse thoroughly.
- Fill Water Tank: Remove the water tank from the back of the machine, fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line, and securely place it back.
- Add Coffee Beans: Open the lid of the bean hopper on top of the machine and pour in your desired amount of whole coffee beans. Close the lid.
- Initial Rinse Cycle: Before brewing, perform an initial rinse. Fill the water tank, place a large container under the portafilter and steam wand. Turn on the machine and follow the display prompts or manual instructions to run a cycle of hot water through the brewing head and steam wand to clean internal components.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Grinding Coffee Beans
- Ensure coffee beans are in the hopper.
- Adjust the grind size using the dial on the side of the machine (15 settings available, from FINE to COARSE). A finer grind is generally better for espresso.
- Place the portafilter under the grinder outlet.
- Press the grind button on the display to start grinding. The display will show grinding time.
6.2. Brewing Espresso
- After grinding, tamp the coffee grounds in the portafilter evenly with the tamper.
- Insert the portafilter into the brewing head and lock it into place.
- Place your cup(s) on the drip tray under the portafilter spouts.
- Use the 6-inch display to select your desired brew settings (brew time, brew temperature, pre-brew time). The machine features PID temperature control for precise brewing between 85°C-97°C.
- You can choose between manual or automatic extraction. Press the corresponding button on the display to start brewing. The display will show brew time and brew pressure (up to 15 bar).
- Once brewing is complete, remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee grounds.

6.3. Steaming Milk
- Fill a milk pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy).
- Position the steam wand into the milk, just below the surface.
- Activate the steam function using the dedicated button on the machine.
- Adjust the steam intensity using the 3-gear steam regulation (I, II, III Gear steam) for your preferred milk texture.
- Steam the milk until it reaches the desired temperature and froth.
- Turn off the steam function and wipe the steam wand immediately with a damp cloth.

6.4. Beverage Selection

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

7.1. Daily Cleaning
- Portafilter and Filter Basket: After each use, remove the portafilter, discard the coffee grounds, and rinse the portafilter and filter basket under hot water.
- Steam Wand: Immediately after steaming milk, wipe the steam wand with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying. Purge the steam wand briefly to clear any internal blockages.
- Drip Tray: Empty and rinse the removable drip tray daily or when the 'Full' indicator appears.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

7.2. Weekly Cleaning
- Water Tank: Remove and thoroughly clean the water tank with warm, soapy water. Rinse well and refill with fresh water.
- Grinder: Periodically clean the burr grinder to remove coffee oil buildup and old grounds. Refer to the grinder section for specific instructions on disassembling and cleaning the burrs.
7.3. Descaling
