1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your TECTINTER Terios T3 Bluetooth-Compatible Gamepad. This versatile controller is designed for an ergonomic and comfortable gaming experience across multiple platforms.

The gamepad features Bluetooth 5.0 EDR/BLE connectivity, ensuring a stable and responsive connection to your devices. It is compatible with a wide range of systems including Nintendo Switch, PS3, PS4, Android, iOS (version 13.4 or lower), PC (Windows 10), and Smart TVs.

For optimal performance and to unlock advanced features like key mapping, it is recommended to use the ShootingPlus V3 app for Android and iOS devices, and the Gamepadspace app for PS3/PS4/Switch modes.

4. Setup and Connection

Before connecting, familiarize yourself with the controller's buttons:

Important: If you enter the wrong mode, please cancel the Bluetooth pairing on your device before re-entering the correct pairing mode.

4.2. Detailed Connection Instructions

Refer to the following table for specific linking methods:

4.2.1. Android Phone Connection (V3 App Mode)

  1. Ensure the controller is off.
  2. Press and hold the X + HOME buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The controller LED3 will flash.
  3. On your Android phone, go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
  4. Select "T-3" or "GamePadplus V3" to pair. LED3 will light up brightly after successful connection.
  5. Download the "ShootingPlus V3" app from Google Play Store. This app is required for key mapping in games.

4.2.2. iOS Phone Connection (V3 App Mode)

  1. Ensure the controller is off.
  2. Press and hold the Y + HOME buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The controller LED2 will flash.
  3. On your Apple phone (iOS 13.4 or lower), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
  4. Select "GamePadPlus V3" to pair. LED2 will light up brightly after successful connection.
  5. Download the "ShootingPlus V3" app from the App Store. This app is required for key mapping in games.

4.2.3. Nintendo Switch Connection

  1. On your Nintendo Switch console, navigate to "Controllers" -> "Change Grip/Order" to enter the pairing mode interface.
  2. Press the RT + HOME buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds on the controller. The controller LED2+LED3 will flash quickly.
  3. Once paired successfully, the corresponding LED light will remain on.

4.2.4. PS3/PS4 Connection (Wired)

  1. Connect the controller directly to your PS3/PS4 console using the provided USB data cable.
  2. Press the HOME button to check the code. The LED light will be automatically assigned upon successful code check.

4.2.5. PC Connection (2.4G Wireless)

  1. Plug the 2.4G wireless receiver into an available USB port on your PC.
  2. Ensure the controller is off. Press and hold the L1 + HOME buttons simultaneously. The controller LED1 and LED2 will flash.
  3. Upon successful connection, LED1 and LED2 will remain lit. The controller supports X-input games.

4.2.6. PC Connection (Bluetooth X-input Mode)

  1. Ensure the controller is off. Press and hold the RB + HOME buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The controller LED1/LED2/LED3 will flash.
  2. On your PC, go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Xbox Wireless Controller" to pair. Upon successful connection, LED1/LED2/LED3 will remain lit.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. General Operation

Once connected, the gamepad functions as a standard controller for your chosen platform. The joysticks provide 360-degree movement, and the buttons offer tactile feedback for precise control.

5.2. Customizing Keys (Mobile Devices)

For Android and iOS devices, the "ShootingPlus V3" app allows you to customize button mappings for games that do not natively support controllers. This is particularly useful for touch-screen-only games.

  1. Download and install the "ShootingPlus V3" app.
  2. Open the app and add the game you wish to play.
  3. Within the app, access the key mapping settings and drag virtual keys to match the desired function buttons on the game's interface.
  4. Save your settings.

6. Charging and Power Management

6.1. Charging the Controller

The controller has a built-in 440mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Please charge the controller fully before first use.

  • Connect the controller to a USB power source (DC5V/500mA) using the provided USB charging cable.
  • When charging while the controller is off, the corresponding mode indicator LED will flash slowly and remain solid once fully charged.
  • When charging while the controller is connected via Bluetooth, the mode indicator LED will flash slowly and remain solid once fully charged.
  • Charging time is approximately 2-3 hours.

6.2. Sleep and Wake-up Function

  • The gamepad will automatically enter sleep mode if it is not used for 5 minutes to conserve battery.
  • To wake up the controller, press the HOME button. It will automatically reconnect to the last paired device.
  • When the battery is low, the corresponding mode indicator LED will flash to alert you to charge the controller.

8. Maintenance

  • Do not store this product in a damp or hot place.
  • Do not knock, beat, stick, puncture, or attempt to disassemble this product to avoid damage.
  • The built-in battery should not be discarded with general household waste.
  • Do not charge the controller near fire or other heat sources.
  • Non-professionals are not permitted to disassemble this product, as this will void the after-sales warranty service.
  • To clean the product, wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not use chemical solvents.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Connection Issues: If you experience difficulty connecting or enter the wrong mode, cancel any existing Bluetooth pairings on your device and the controller, then re-attempt the connection process for the correct mode as described in Section 4.
  • Mobile Device Compatibility: Due to variations in mobile phone systems, some specific mobile phones may not fully support this device.
  • Game Compatibility: The manufacturer is not responsible for the inability of some games to connect due to factors such as software upgrades or source code changes by the official game platform. For non-natively supported games on mobile, use the ShootingPlus V3 app for key mapping.

10. User Tips

  • For mobile gaming, especially for titles like PUBG Mobile or eFootball, download and utilize the ShootingPlus V3 app to customize button layouts for optimal control.
  • Always ensure your controller is fully charged before long gaming sessions to avoid interruptions.
  • If experiencing input lag or disconnections, try moving closer to your device or ensuring no other wireless devices are causing interference.

12. Safety Information
