3. Setup and Installation

3.2 Speaker Components

Each speaker features a removable and paintable grille, a coaxial tweeter, and spring-loaded wiring terminals for easy connection.

3.3 Wiring the Speakers

These passive speakers require connection to an external amplifier or receiver. Follow these steps:

1. Identify the positive (red) and negative (black) terminals on both your speaker and your amplifier.
2. Connect the red wire from the speaker cable to the red (positive) terminal on the speaker.
3. Connect the black wire from the speaker cable to the black (negative) terminal on the speaker.
4. Repeat for the second speaker.
5. Connect the other end of the speaker cables to the corresponding positive and negative speaker output terminals on your amplifier.

5. Insert Speaker: Gently insert the speaker into the hole. The mounting buckles will automatically engage.
6. Secure Speaker: Break the left and right mounting buckles up and snap them into the ceiling. The large mounting clamps with non-slip tread will firmly grip the surface.
