The video demonstrates the contents of the package, speaker wiring, installation, and removal procedures.
3.2 Speaker Components

Each speaker features a removable and paintable grille, a coaxial tweeter, and spring-loaded wiring terminals for easy connection.
3.3 Wiring the Speakers
These passive speakers require connection to an external amplifier or receiver. Follow these steps:
- Identify the positive (red) and negative (black) terminals on both your speaker and your amplifier.
- Connect the red wire from the speaker cable to the red (positive) terminal on the speaker.
- Connect the black wire from the speaker cable to the black (negative) terminal on the speaker.
- Repeat for the second speaker.
- Connect the other end of the speaker cables to the corresponding positive and negative speaker output terminals on your amplifier.

Important: Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative) to avoid phase issues and ensure optimal sound quality.
3.4 Speaker Installation
The speakers are designed for flush mounting in ceilings or walls. Refer to the installation size diagram and follow these steps:
- Choose Location: Select a suitable location in your ceiling or wall, ensuring no obstructions (e.g., electrical wires, pipes) behind the surface.
- Mark Cutout: Use the provided cutout template to mark the exact cutting area on your ceiling or wall. The recommended cut-out diameter is 7.5 inches (19 cm).
- Cut Hole: Carefully cut the marked hole using an appropriate tool (e.g., drywall saw).
- Connect Wires: Feed the speaker wires through the cut hole and connect them to the speaker terminals as described in Section 3.3.
- Insert Speaker: Gently insert the speaker into the hole. The mounting buckles will automatically engage.
- Secure Speaker: Break the left and right mounting buckles up and snap them into the ceiling. The large mounting clamps with non-slip tread will firmly grip the surface.
- Attach Grille: Once the speaker is securely in place, attach the removable grille by gently pressing it onto the speaker frame.

4. Operation
Once the speakers are correctly wired to an external amplifier and installed, you can begin enjoying your audio. The operation of the sound system will primarily depend on your amplifier or receiver.
- Ensure your amplifier is powered on and connected to your desired audio source (e.g., TV, music player, Bluetooth receiver).
- Select the appropriate input on your amplifier.
- Adjust the volume on your amplifier to your preferred listening level.
These speakers are designed for wide sound dispersion, providing a rich audio experience in various settings such as living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and even covered porches due to their moisture-resistant properties.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To clean your speakers, gently wipe the grilles and frames with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the speaker components. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
5.2 Paintable Grilles
The speaker grilles are removable and paintable, allowing you to match them to your room's decor. To paint, carefully remove the grille, apply paint evenly, and allow it to dry completely before reattaching. Avoid clogging the grille holes with paint, as this can affect sound quality.

6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound from speakers | Incorrect wiring Amplifier off or incorrect input selected Faulty speaker cable No audio source signal | Check all speaker wire connections for correct polarity and secure fit. Ensure amplifier is powered on and the correct input source is selected. Test with a different speaker cable. Verify audio source is playing and connected correctly to the amplifier. |
| Distorted or poor sound quality | Incorrect wiring Amplifier settings Low quality audio source Speaker impedance mismatch | Double-check wiring for correct polarity. Adjust bass/treble settings on your amplifier. Ensure volume is not excessively high, causing clipping. Try a different audio source. Ensure your amplifier is compatible with 8 Ohm speakers. |
| Speaker feels loose in mounting | Mounting buckles not fully engaged | Gently push the speaker back into the ceiling/wall until the mounting buckles firmly snap into place. |
7. User Tips
- Moisture Resistance: These speakers feature a moisture-resistant design, making them suitable for installation in high-humidity areas like bathrooms and kitchens. However, they are not waterproof and should not be directly exposed to water.
- Subwoofer Integration: You can enhance your audio system with a subwoofer by connecting it to your amplifier/receiver's subwoofer output. Ensure your amplifier supports subwoofer output.
- Expanding Your System: To add more speakers or create a multi-room audio setup, you will need a multi-channel amplifier or a dedicated multi-zone audio system. Consult your amplifier's manual for compatibility.
- TV Connection: To connect your TV, route the TV's audio output (e.g., AUX, Optical, HDMI ARC) to your external amplifier. The speakers then connect to the amplifier's speaker outputs.
