Operating Instructions

1. Palm Rejection

The stylus features global anti-false touch technology, allowing you to rest your palm comfortably on the iPad screen while writing or drawing without causing unintended marks. No special gloves are required.

Maintenance

1. Charging Best Practices

  • Use the provided Type-C cable for charging.
  • Avoid overcharging the device.
  • Charge the stylus when the battery indicator shows low power to maintain optimal battery health.

2. Nib Care

  • The POM silicone nib is durable but can wear down over time with heavy use.
  • Replace the nib when you notice a decrease in responsiveness or a change in writing feel.
  • Keep spare nibs in a safe place.

3. Storage

  • Store the stylus magnetically attached to your iPad or in a protective case when not in use.
  • Avoid exposing the stylus to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Stylus not turning on:

  • Ensure the stylus is charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C cable for at least 5 minutes.
  • Confirm you are long-pressing the power button for 3 seconds.

Stylus not connecting via Bluetooth:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPad.
  • Forget any previously connected styluses in your iPad's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
  • Ensure the stylus is sufficiently charged.
  • Restart both your iPad and the stylus.

Palm rejection or tilt function not working:

  • Ensure the stylus is properly connected via Bluetooth.
  • Check if your iPad model is listed as compatible (2018-2023 iPad models).
  • Some apps may require specific settings to fully utilize these features.

Inaccurate or unresponsive writing:

  • Check if the nib is securely attached and not worn out. Replace if necessary.
  • Ensure the iPad screen is clean and free of debris.
  • Make sure the stylus is charged and connected.

User Tips

  • For optimal performance, keep your iPad's operating system updated to the latest version.
  • Experiment with different drawing and note-taking apps to find those that best utilize the stylus's features like tilt sensitivity.
  • Take advantage of the magnetic attachment for quick access and secure storage, especially when on the go.
