2. Safety Instructions

  • Always operate the station in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling fumes.

5. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the main unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate space around the unit for airflow.
  3. Connect Hot Air Gun: Connect the hot air gun cable to the designated port on the main unit.
  4. Install Hot Air Nozzle: Select the appropriate hot air nozzle for your task. The nozzles are quick-change and do not require tools for installation or removal. Simply push the nozzle onto the hot air gun's tip until it clicks into place.

  5. Connect Soldering Iron: Connect the soldering iron cable to its dedicated port on the main unit.
  6. Install Soldering Tip: Insert the desired soldering tip into the soldering iron handpiece. Ensure it is securely seated.
  7. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the main unit and then to a suitable power outlet. Ensure the plug type matches your region's standard.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

  • Flip the main power switch on the front panel to turn the unit on or off.

6.2 Hot Air Gun Operation

  1. Temperature Adjustment: Use the "TEMP" up/down buttons on the main unit to set the desired hot air temperature (100℃ to 500℃).
  2. Airflow Adjustment: Use the "AIR" knob to adjust the airflow rate.
  3. One-Button Conversion (Hot/Cold Air): Press the blue button on the hot air gun handle to switch between heating mode and cold air mode.

  4. Preset Channels: Use the CH1, CH2, CH3 buttons on the main unit to quickly recall pre-set hot air temperature and airflow settings. To save a setting, adjust to the desired temperature/airflow, then press and hold the desired channel button until it beeps.

6.3 Soldering Iron Operation

  1. Temperature Adjustment: Use the "TEMP" up/down buttons on the main unit to set the desired soldering iron temperature (90℃ to 450℃).
  2. Quick-Button Temperature Adjustment: The soldering iron handle features buttons to quickly adjust the temperature up or down.

  3. Preset Channels: Use the CH1, CH2, CH3 buttons on the main unit to quickly recall pre-set soldering iron temperature settings. To save a setting, adjust to the desired temperature, then press and hold the desired channel button until it beeps.

6.4 Hotkey Operation (Advanced Settings)

Press and hold the "MENU" button for about 2 seconds to access advanced settings like Buzzer ON/OFF, Temperature Display Mode (°C/°F Conversion), and Digital Temperature Calibration.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the soldering iron tip with a damp sponge or brass wool. Clean the hot air gun nozzle and the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the unit is unplugged and cool before cleaning.
  • Tip Care: Always tin the soldering iron tip before storing it to prevent oxidation.
  • Sleep Mode & Auto Shutdown: The unit features a sleep mode for the soldering iron (when placed in its holder) and an auto-shutdown function (5 minutes after sleep mode) to prolong the lifespan of the heating elements and save energy.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Unit does not power on:
