For optimal performance, it is recommended to periodically clean the trackball. After long-term use, remove the trackball and gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure smooth rolling.

7.2 Battery Care

Recharge the mouse using the provided Type-C cable when the battery is low. Avoid fully draining the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan. Store the mouse in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not responding: Ensure the power switch is ON. Check battery level and charge if necessary. For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is properly plugged in and the channel is set to '1'. For Bluetooth, ensure the mouse is paired and the correct Bluetooth channel (2 or 3) is selected.
  • Cursor movement is erratic or sticky: Remove the trackball and clean it with a soft cloth.
  • Backward/Forward buttons not working on Mac OS: The backward and forward buttons may not be fully compatible with Mac OS. This is a known limitation.
  • Cannot pair via Bluetooth: Ensure the mouse is in pairing mode (indicator light flashing) and your device's Bluetooth is enabled and searching. Try restarting both the mouse and your device.

9. User Tips

  • Ergonomic Comfort: The index finger trackball design helps reduce muscle stress by minimizing wrist and arm movement. This is particularly beneficial for users experiencing wrist pain or those new to trackball mice.
  • Space Saving: The trackball design allows for precise cursor control without needing to move the entire mouse, making it ideal for use in confined spaces such as on a couch, bed, or a narrow desk.
  • Versatile Use: Easily switch between your laptop, tablet, and other devices with the multi-device connectivity feature, enhancing productivity across your workspace.
