Troubleshooting
- **Pager Not Responding:**
- Ensure the pager is within the 300-meter (980 feet) transmission range of the keyboard transmitter.
- Check if the pager is fully charged. Place it on the charging base.
- Verify that the correct pager number was entered on the keyboard.
- **Keyboard Display "LO":** This indicates a low power condition for the keyboard transmitter. Ensure it is properly connected to its DC12V/2A power supply.
- **Reduced Range:**
- Relocate the keyboard transmitter to a more open area, away from obstructions like thick walls or large metal structures.
- Ensure there are no other devices operating on the same frequency that could cause interference.
- **Pager Alerts Not Stopping:** If a pager continues to alert after being returned to the customer, ensure it is placed correctly on the charging base. If it still alerts, try calling "999" from the keyboard to reset all pagers.
User Tips
- **Power Adapter Compatibility:** The system typically comes with a power adapter suitable for your region. If you are in a different region (e.g., US, UK, AU), ensure you have the correct plug type or a suitable adapter for the DC12V/2A power supply.
- **Custom Labels:** The pagers feature a customizable label area. You can add your business logo or specific instructions for customers.
- **Reminder Modes:** Experiment with the 7 available reminder modes (combinations of ring, vibration, and flash) to find the most effective alert for your environment.
