Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not power on | Loose power connection, faulty car charger, vehicle power outlet issue. | Check if the car charger is securely plugged into both the monitor and the vehicle's 12V outlet. Test the car charger in another vehicle or with another device if possible. Ensure the vehicle's power outlet is functional. |
| Cannot connect to Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto | Bluetooth not enabled on phone/monitor, incorrect pairing steps, phone compatibility issues. | Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both your phone and the monitor. Follow the pairing steps carefully (see Operating Instructions). Restart both your phone and the monitor. Verify your phone model supports wireless CarPlay/Android Auto. |
| No audio output | Incorrect audio mode selected, volume too low, loose AUX cable, FM frequency interference. | Check the selected audio output mode (SPK, FM, AUX, Bluetooth) on the monitor. Increase the volume on both the monitor and your car's audio system. Ensure the AUX cable is fully inserted. If using FM, try a different, clear frequency. |
| Screen flicker or display issues | Power fluctuation, software glitch, physical damage. | Ensure a stable power supply. Restart the device. If the issue persists and is not due to human damage, contact customer support for assistance. |
