3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your UMLO S500 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner:

1. Attach the Extension Wand: Insert the top end of the extension wand into the main vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the Brush Head: Connect the motorized brush head to the bottom end of the extension wand, ensuring it clicks firmly.
3. Install the Battery: If not already installed, slide the detachable battery into the slot on the main vacuum unit until it locks.
4. Charge the Battery: Before first use, fully charge the battery. Connect the power adapter to the battery or the wall-mounted charging dock, then plug it into a power outlet. The battery takes approximately 4.5 hours to fully charge.
5. Wall Mount Installation (Optional): Choose a suitable location near a power outlet. Secure the wall mount bracket to the wall using appropriate screws and anchors (not included). You can then store and charge your vacuum on the wall mount.

4. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Speed Modes:

1. Power On: Press the power button once to start the vacuum cleaner.
2. Adjust Speed: Use the speed mode button (MIN/MAX) on the handle to switch between the two suction levels. The LED display will indicate the current mode.
3. Power Off: Press the power button again to turn off the vacuum cleaner.

Using Attachments:

• Motorized Brush Head: Ideal for cleaning various floor types, including hardwood, tile, and low-pile carpets. The integrated LED headlights illuminate dark areas, making hidden dust visible. The flexible brush head allows for 90° and 180° rotation to easily clean under furniture.
• 2-in-1 Long Crevice Tool/Brush: Detach the extension wand and attach this tool directly to the main unit for handheld cleaning. Use the crevice tool for tight spaces like sofa gaps, corners, and car interiors. Extend the brush for dusting surfaces like bookshelves or keyboards.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

Emptying the Dust Box:

The 1L dust cup features a one-touch empty design. Simply press the release button to open the bottom flap and empty the contents directly into a trash bin. It is recommended to empty the dust box after each use or when it reaches the MAX fill line.

Cleaning the Filtration System:

The UMLO S500 features a 99.99% high-efficiency filtration system, including a Sponge Filter, HEPA Filter, Multi-Cone Cyclone Filtration, Primary Filter Filtration, and Strong Cyclone. These filters should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction power.

1. Disassemble: Twist and pull to remove the dust cup and filter components from the main unit.
2. Clean Filters: Tap out loose dirt from the filters. Rinse the sponge and HEPA filters under cold running water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.
3. Reassemble: Once all parts are dry, reassemble the filtration system and dust cup.

Cleaning the Brush Head:

Periodically check the motorized brush head for tangled hair or debris. Use the provided small cleaning brush or scissors to remove any obstructions from the roller brush.

If you encounter any issues with your UMLO S500, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Power: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly installed. Check if the power adapter is properly connected during charging.
• Reduced Suction: Empty the dust box. Clean all filters thoroughly and ensure they are dry before reinstallation. Check the brush head and extension wand for any blockages.
• Brush Head Not Rotating: Check for tangled hair or debris in the brush roll and clear any obstructions. Ensure the brush head is securely attached.
• Short Runtime: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Operating in MAX mode will consume battery faster than MIN mode. The battery may need replacement after extended use.
