3.1 Front Panel Controls

  • Condenser mic: Input for condenser microphones.

4. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your F998 Sound Card for use with your devices.

4.1 Powering On/Off and Charging

  • Power On: Press and hold the red power button on the top right of the sound card until the indicator lights illuminate.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the red power button again until the lights turn off.
  • Charging: Connect the USB charging cable to the 'charging 5V-1A' port on the rear of the sound card and to a 5V/1A USB power adapter or computer USB port. The battery indicator will show charging status.

4.2 Connecting to a PC

  1. Connect one end of the USB charging cable to the 'OTG/PC Live' port on the sound card.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers.
  4. Connect your microphone to the 'Condenser mic' port and your headphones/earphones to the 'Headset' or 'Earphone' port.

4.3 Connecting to Mobile Phones for Live Streaming

  1. Use the provided 3.5mm audio cables to connect the 'Phone' ports on the sound card to the audio input (headphone jack) of your mobile phone(s).
  2. If your phone does not have a 3.5mm jack, you may need an appropriate adapter (not included).
  3. Connect your microphone and headphones/earphones as described in section 4.2.
  4. For accompaniment music from another device, connect it to the 'Accompaniment' port using a 3.5mm audio cable.

5. Operating Instructions

The F998 Sound Card offers a variety of functions to customize your audio output.

5.1 Audio Adjustment

  • Treble, Mid, Bass: Use the respective knobs to adjust the high, middle, and low frequencies of your voice or music.
  • Record: Adjust the recording volume level.

  • BT (Bluetooth): Activates Bluetooth pairing for wireless accompaniment input.
  • Karaoke: Optimizes settings for karaoke performance.
  • Primal Sound: Restores your original voice without effects.
  • Recording Studio: Activates a mode optimized for studio-quality recording.
  • PRO, POP, MC: Preset sound modes for professional, pop music, and MC (Master of Ceremonies) styles.

5.3 Atmosphere Sound Effects

The F998 Sound Card includes a grid of buttons that trigger various atmosphere sound effects to enhance your live broadcasts and recordings. Simply press the desired button to activate the effect.
