2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the machine to prevent injury or damage.

General Safety Guidelines:

• Ensure the machine is placed on a stable platform during operation.

5. Installation and Setup

1. Unpacking: Remove the protective cover and foam padding from the machine.

3. Laser Head Installation: Lay the machine on its side and carefully install the laser head into its designated slot.
4. Secure Laser Head: Secure the laser head at the proper position. Ensure it is not installed too high, as this will prevent proper focusing.

LightBurn Setup Steps:

1. Open the LightBurn software and select Devices > Create Manually.
2. Choose GRBL, USB.
3. Fill in the working area size according to your machine model (iCube Ultra Dual: 150x135mm).

1. Material Placement: Place your material within the engraving area. The machine supports a maximum processing height of 80mm.
