Safety and Maintenance

  • Avoid striking or dropping the camera, as this may cause damage. Do not pull the cable forcefully.
  • When operating in environments with sharp edges, exercise caution to prevent scratching the waterproof protective layer of the probe.
  • The camera probe is not designed for high-temperature environments. If inspecting an automobile engine, ensure the engine temperature has cooled to normal levels.
  • After use, ensure the lens and main unit are clean and dry. Avoid contact with oil or other corrosive substances.
  • This device is not suitable for individuals with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities without proper supervision.
  • Keep the device out of reach of children and do not allow them to operate it.

App Installation

To use the endoscope, you need to install the "ANESOK" application on your smartphone. The app supports Android 4.4+ and iOS 9.0+ and above.

  1. Method 1 (App Store/Google Play):
    • For iOS users: Search for "ANESOK" in the Apple App Store, then download and install.
    • For Android users: Search for "ANESOK" in the Google Play Store, then download and install.
  2. Method 2 (QR Code): Scan the QR code provided in the instruction manual or on the product packaging to download the app.

Connecting to Your Smartphone

The endoscope connects directly to your mobile device for power and data transmission.

  1. For Android Users: Ensure the OTG (On-The-Go) function is enabled in your phone's settings. (The method to enable OTG may vary by phone model; consult your phone's manual or search online).
  2. For iOS Users: The device comes standard with a Type-C to Lightning port adapter, featuring MFI certification for full iOS system compatibility and stable transmission without pop-up windows.
  3. Insert the appropriate adapter (Type-C, Micro USB, or Lightning) into your phone's charging port, then connect the endoscope cable to the adapter.
  4. The camera's LED light will blink continuously upon connection and will remain steadily lit once the WiFi connection is successfully established.
  5. Go to your phone's WiFi settings, turn on the WLAN switch, and select the WiFi hotspot named "ANESOK-XXXX" (where XXXX is a unique identifier) to connect.
  6. Once connected, return to your home screen and open the "ANESOK" app to begin using the endoscope.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues while using your INSKAM W300 endoscope, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Problem: The app does not display pictures.
    • Solution 1: Verify that your phone is successfully connected to the endoscope's WiFi hotspot ("ANESOK-XXXX").
    • Solution 2: Check if the camera's LED light is illuminated. If not, ensure the OTG function is enabled on your Android phone (if applicable). Also, try unplugging and re-plugging the endoscope into your phone to ensure a secure connection.
    • Solution 3: If the camera light is flashing, ensure your phone's battery level is above 20%.
  • Problem: The image is not clear.
    • Solution 1: The optimal focal length for clear imaging is between 2 cm and 10 cm. Adjust the distance between the camera lens and the object you are inspecting.
    • Solution 2: Clean the front of the camera lens with a clean alcohol cloth to remove any smudges or debris.
  • Problem: The camera feels hot during operation.
    • Solution: It is normal for the camera to generate some heat, especially when the LED lights are operating at their highest brightness. This does not affect the normal use or lifespan of the device.
