3. Setup Instructions

1. Connect to Host Device: Plug the integrated USB-C cable from the docking station into the USB-C port of your laptop, MacBook, or compatible mobile phone. Ensure your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (Alt Mode) for video output and Power Delivery (PD) for charging functionality.

Power Connection (Optional but Recommended): For optimal performance, especially when using multiple peripherals or charging your host device, connect a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) charger (up to 100W) to the "PD 100W Input" port on the docking station. Check if your host device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the docking station and the monitor. Try a different HDMI cable or monitor if possible. Adjust display settings on your host device.

USB devices are not recognized or data transfer is slow:

Ensure USB devices are properly inserted. If connecting high-power devices, ensure the docking station is connected to an external PD power source. Try connecting the USB device directly to your host device to rule out device issues.

Wireless charging is not working:
