8. Troubleshooting

  • No Display / Black Screen:
    • Ensure the monitor is properly powered via the Type-C PD port with the 30W PD charger.
    • Verify that the video cable (Type-C or HDMI-Compatible) is securely connected to both the monitor and your source device.
    • Check your source device's display settings to ensure it is configured to output to an external monitor.
    • Try a different cable or source device to rule out cable or device issues.
  • Touch Function Not Working:
    • Confirm your device and operating system support touch functionality with this monitor (Windows for laptops, Thunderbolts Type-C phones).
    • If using HDMI, ensure the USB to Type-C cable is connected from your laptop's USB port to the monitor's Micro USB port.
    • Ensure the monitor is adequately powered.
  • Cannot Achieve Max Refresh Rate (144Hz/120Hz):
    • Verify that your laptop's or PC's graphics card supports the desired refresh rate at 2560x1600 resolution.
    • Ensure you are using a compatible Type-C cable for 144Hz or HDMI-Compatible 2.0 cable for 120Hz.
    • Check your display settings on your source device and manually set the refresh rate if necessary (refer to Section 7.3).
  • No Audio from Monitor Speakers:
    • Check the volume settings on both the monitor (using the Dial Button) and your source device.
    • Ensure the audio output on your source device is set to the portable monitor.

9. User Tips

  • Optimal Power: For best performance, especially when using touch or high refresh rates, always power the monitor using the dedicated 30W PD charger connected to the Type-C PD port.
  • Cable Management: Utilize the magnetic leather sleeve not only for protection but also to help manage cables when traveling.
  • Refresh Rate Check: Before purchasing, if 144Hz is crucial, confirm your laptop's graphic card model supports this refresh rate over Type-C. Not all laptops can achieve 144Hz.
  • Touch Screen Setup: Remember the separate USB connection for touch when using HDMI with a laptop. This is a common oversight.

Note: No specific user reviews or Q&A were provided to generate additional tips.
