2. Safety Information

• WARNING: Turn off electrical power at the circuit breaker before installation or maintenance. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death.
• This switch is designed for AC motors only. It cannot work with DC Motors.
• Ensure your motor has at least 3 wires (Live Wire 1, Live Wire 2 for OPEN/CLOSE, and Neutral wire) for proper connection. A 4-wire motor (including Green/Yellow Earth Wire) is also compatible, but the switch does not require an Earth Wire connection.
• Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or in accordance with local electrical codes.
• Do not expose the device to moisture or extreme temperatures.

Before proceeding with installation, ensure the main power supply is turned off at the circuit breaker to prevent electrical shock.

5.1. Pre-installation Check

• Verify your motor is an AC motor (100-250VAC, 50/60Hz). This switch is not compatible with DC motors.

1. Step 1: Open the Panel. Carefully pry open the glass panel of the switch using a flathead screwdriver. This prevents scratching or breaking the panel during wiring.
2. Step 2: Connect Wires. Refer to the wiring diagram below. Connect the wires from your AC power supply and motor to the corresponding terminals on the switch.
   • Input L (Live Wire): Connect the Red, Brown, or Black wire from your AC power.
   • Input N (Neutral Wire): Connect the Blue wire from your AC power.
   • Output L1: Connect the Brown wire from the motor.
   • Output L2: Connect the Black wire from the motor.
   • Output N (Neutral Wire): Connect the Blue wire from the motor.

   Tip: Connect both the Input Neutral Wire (Blue) and Output Neutral Wire (Blue) to the 'N' terminal on the switch.

3. Step 3: Secure the Back Plate. Fix the back plate of the switch onto the wall junction box using the provided screws.
4. Step 4: Attach the Glass Panel. With the power still off, carefully press the glass panel back onto the secured back plate until it clicks into place. Installing the panel with power on may cause product malfunction.

6.2. App Download and Pairing

1. Download the 'Tuya Smart' or 'Smart Life' app from the Apple App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
2. Open the app and log in or create a new account.
3. Ensure your Tuya ZigBee Hub is powered on and connected to your network.
4. In the app, add your ZigBee Hub if you haven't already.
5. Follow the app's instructions to add a new device. The switch should be detected and paired with your ZigBee Hub.
