1. Introduction
The SERVO S24 Mini is a compact and feature-rich 4G smartphone designed for convenience and performance. Running on Android 10.0, it offers a smooth user experience with essential functionalities packed into a small form factor. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your device.

3. Device Layout
The SERVO S24 Mini features a minimalist design with essential controls and ports.

Physical Buttons and Ports:
- Power Button: Located on the side, used to turn the device on/off or wake/sleep the screen.
- Volume Buttons: Located on the side, used to adjust media and call volume.
- Type-C Port: Located at the bottom, used for charging and data transfer.
- SIM/TF Card Slot: Located on the side, for inserting SIM cards and a TF memory card.
- Rear Camera: Located on the back.
- Front Camera: Located above the screen.
4. Setup
4.1 Inserting SIM Cards and TF Card
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the provided card removal pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
- Carefully pull out the tray.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF memory card into the designated slots on the tray. The phone supports two Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF memory card.
- Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

4.2 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the phone's battery.
- Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator on the screen will show the charging status.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.

4.3 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up and the SERVO logo appears.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear on the screen. Select "Power off" and confirm.
4.4 Initial Setup Wizard
Upon first power-on, the device will guide you through an initial setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to:
- Select your language.
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Set up your Google account.
- Configure screen lock (PIN, pattern, password, or Face Unlock).
5. Operating Your Smartphone
5.1 Basic Navigation
The SERVO S24 Mini features a 3.0-inch HD touchscreen for interaction. Use touch gestures such as tap, swipe, pinch-to-zoom, and long-press to navigate the interface.

5.2 Making Calls and Sending Messages
- Calls: Tap the "Phone" icon, enter the number, and tap the call button.
- Messages: Tap the "Messages" icon, start a new conversation, enter the recipient and message, then send.
5.3 Camera Usage
The phone is equipped with a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera.
- Tap the "Camera" icon to open the camera application.
- Switch between front and rear cameras using the camera switch icon.
- Tap the shutter button to take a photo or start/stop video recording.
- Adjust focus by tapping on the screen.

5.4 Internet Connectivity
- Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available networks.
- Mobile Data (4G): Ensure your SIM card is inserted and mobile data is enabled in Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network. The phone supports 4G full Netcom.

5.5 App Installation and Management
The SERVO S24 Mini comes with the Google Play Store pre-installed, allowing you to download and install a wide variety of applications.
- Install Apps: Open the "Play Store" app, search for your desired app, and tap "Install."
- Manage Apps: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications to view, uninstall, or manage permissions for installed applications.
5.6 Face Unlock
To set up Face Unlock:
- Go to Settings > Security > Face Unlock.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to register your face.
- Ensure you are in a well-lit environment for accurate registration.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning Your Device
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the phone.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the device.
- For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen cleaner.
6.2 Battery Care
- Avoid exposing the phone to extreme temperatures, as this can affect battery life.
- Do not leave the phone charging for extended periods after it is fully charged.
- If the phone will not be used for a long time, charge it to about 50% before storing.
6.3 Software Updates

7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Phone Not Turning On
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the phone to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
7.2 Network Connectivity Issues
- Check if your SIM card is properly inserted.
- Verify that mobile data or Wi-Fi is enabled in Settings.
- Try restarting the phone.
- If using mobile data, ensure you have an active plan with your carrier.
7.3 Apps Crashing or Freezing
- Close the app and reopen it.
- Clear the app's cache and data (Settings > Apps & notifications > [App Name] > Storage & cache).
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.

7.4 Face Unlock Not Working
- Ensure your face is well-lit and clearly visible to the front camera.
- Clean the front camera lens.
- Re-register your face in Settings > Security > Face Unlock.
