Note: The PS5 console, controllers, and games are NOT included.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your OIVO Multi-functional Cooling Stand:

1. Place the PS5 Console

   Carefully place your PlayStation 5 console onto the designated slot on the cooling stand. Ensure it is seated securely.

2. Secure the Console

   Locate the fixing screw on the underside of the cooling stand. Insert and tighten this screw into the console's base to ensure a stable and secure installation.

3. Connect Power

   Connect the provided USB Type-C cable from the cooling stand to a suitable USB port on your PS5 console or a compatible power adapter (not included). This cable provides power for the cooling fans and controller charging.

4. Prepare Controllers for Charging

   Insert one of the small USB dongles into the USB-C port of each PS5 controller you wish to charge. These dongles allow the controllers to connect to the charging ports on the stand.

5. Attach Headset Holder and Game Rack (if applicable)

   If your package includes the headset holder and game rack organizer (Model IV-P5241B), attach them to their respective slots on the stand as shown in the product images.

Operating Instructions

Cooling System

The stand features an integrated cooling system with two powerful fans to dissipate heat from your PS5 console. Locate the fan switch on the stand to turn the cooling fans ON or OFF as needed.

Controller Charging

The stand can stably charge two PS5 controllers simultaneously. After inserting the USB dongles into your controllers, simply place the controllers onto the charging ports on the stand.

• Charging Indicator: A red light indicates that the controller is currently charging.
• Fully Charged/Standby Indicator: A blue light indicates that the controller is fully charged or in standby mode.
• Fast Charging: Controllers can be fully charged in approximately 3 hours.

USB Ports

The stand includes additional USB ports. These can be used to connect other USB-powered devices or accessories.

Storage Features

• Game Storage Slots: Organize up to 10 of your favorite PS5 game discs in the integrated storage slots.
• Headphone Hook: Hang your gaming headset on the dedicated hook for easy access and tidy storage.

Maintenance

• Keep the stand clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ensure the air inlets and outlets for the cooling fans are free from dust and obstructions to maintain optimal airflow.
• Do not expose the product to water or excessive moisture.
• Store the stand in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

Problem: Console is not stable on the stand.

Solution: Ensure the PS5 console is correctly seated in the stand and the fixing screw on the bottom is tightened securely.

Problem: Controllers are not charging.

Solution:

• Verify that the USB Type-C power cable is securely connected to both the stand and a power source (PS5 console or adapter).
• Check if the small USB dongles are properly inserted into the controllers' USB-C ports.
• Ensure the controllers are correctly placed on the charging ports of the stand.
• Observe the LED indicators; if they are not red, the controller may not be making proper contact or the stand is not powered.

Problem: Cooling fans are not working.

Solution:

• Confirm that the stand is receiving power via the USB Type-C cable.
• Check the fan switch on the stand to ensure it is in the 'ON' position.
• Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the fan blades or air vents.

Problem: Stand does not fit my PS5 console.

Solution: This stand is designed for the original PlayStation 5 Disc and Digital Editions. It is NOT compatible with the 2023 PS5 Slim Console. Please verify your console model.

• Dongle Management: The small USB dongles are essential for controller charging. Keep them securely inserted in your controllers or stored safely when not in use to avoid misplacement.
• Optimal Cooling: For best cooling performance, ensure your PS5 console is properly aligned on the stand and that the fan vents are not obstructed by other objects.
• Power Source: While the stand can be powered by the PS5 console's USB port, using a dedicated USB power adapter (5V/2A recommended, not included) might provide more stable power for simultaneous cooling and charging, especially if you have many USB accessories connected to your console.
