User Instruction Manual

1. Product Overview

The Reina RF-50000 is a high-capacity industrial and commercial air cooler designed to provide efficient cooling through natural evaporation. Featuring a large 55-liter water tank, multiple wind modes, a timer function, and convenient remote control operation, this unit is suitable for various large spaces. Its integrated moving wheels ensure easy portability and placement.

2. Safety Instructions

  • Always place the cooler on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.
  • Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the product label.
  • Do not operate the cooler with a damaged power cord or plug.
  • Keep the cooler away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Do not block the air inlet or outlet grilles.
  • Unplug the unit before cleaning, refilling, or performing any maintenance.
  • Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

  1. Carefully remove the air cooler from its packaging.
  2. Place the unit on a firm, level surface in the desired location. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow (at least 20 cm from walls or furniture).
  3. Verify that the moving wheels are securely attached and functioning correctly for easy relocation.

3.2 Filling the Water Tank

  1. Ensure the unit is unplugged from the power outlet.
  2. Locate the water tank fill opening, typically at the top or rear of the unit.
  3. Fill the water tank with clean, cool water. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line indicated on the tank or water level indicator. The tank capacity is 55 liters.
  4. For enhanced cooling, place the provided ice packs (or ice cubes) into the designated ice box or directly into the water tank.

3.3 Power Connection

  • Insert the power plug into a suitable AC power outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Reina RF-50000 can be operated using either the control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.

4.1 Control Panel & Remote Control Functions

Button/Function Description
Power (전원) Turns the unit ON or OFF.
Wind Speed (바람세기) Adjusts the fan speed (Low, Medium, High). The unit features 3 wind speeds.
Cooling (냉풍) Activates or deactivates the evaporative cooling function. Ensure water is in the tank for this mode.
Timer (타이머) Sets the operating time (up to 12 hours) after which the unit will automatically turn off.
Rotation (회전) Activates or deactivates the oscillation function for wider air distribution.
Wind Mode Selects between different wind modes: Natural, Sleep, and Standard.

4.2 Remote Control Battery Installation

  • Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  • Insert the required batteries (e.g., AAA, not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-).
  • Close the battery compartment securely.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air cooler.

5.1 Cleaning the Water Tank

  1. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
  2. Drain any remaining water from the tank.
  3. Wipe the inside of the water tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  4. Allow the tank to air dry completely before refilling or storing.

5.2 Cleaning the Air Filter

  1. Unplug the unit.
  2. Locate the air filter panel at the rear of the unit (refer to Figure 7).
  3. Carefully remove the filter.
  4. Rinse the filter under running water to remove dust and debris. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush and mild detergent.
  5. Allow the filter to dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.

5.3 Exterior Cleaning

  • Wipe the exterior surfaces of the cooler with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

5.4 Storage

  • Before storing, ensure the water tank is empty and clean, and the filter is dry.
  • Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit does not turn on. No power supply.
Power cord not properly connected.
Check if the unit is plugged into a live outlet.
Ensure the power cord is securely connected.
Weak or no cooling effect. Water tank is empty.
Cooling function is not activated.
Air filter is dirty.
Room humidity is too high.
Fill the water tank.
Press the "Cooling" button.
Clean the air filter.
Evaporative coolers are less effective in high humidity; consider ventilation.
Unpleasant odor from unit. Stagnant water in the tank.

Remote control not working. Batteries are dead or incorrectly inserted.
Obstruction between remote and unit.
Replace batteries and check polarity.
Ensure a clear line of sight to the unit's receiver.
