The device will restart with its original SSID and password.

User Tips

  • Check Frequency Bands: Before traveling internationally, verify that the router's supported frequency bands (FDD-LTE: B1/3/7/8/20; UMTS: B1/8) are compatible with the local network provider in your destination. Websites like frequencycheck.com can assist with this.
  • Optimal Placement: For the best signal strength and WiFi range (5-10m), place the router in an open area away from obstructions and other electronic devices that might cause interference.
  • Power Source Flexibility: Take advantage of the router's ability to be powered by various USB sources. A portable power bank can extend its usage time significantly when away from traditional power outlets.

Troubleshooting

No Internet Connection

  • Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated with an active data plan.
  • Check for network coverage in your current location.
  • Restart the LDW931 router by unplugging and re-plugging it from the USB power source.

Slow Internet Speed

  • Reduce the number of devices connected to the WiFi hotspot.
  • Move closer to the router to improve signal strength.
  • Check for network congestion or limitations from your mobile network provider.

Cannot Connect to WiFi Network

  • Verify that you are entering the correct SSID (network name) and password as printed on the device label.
  • Try resetting the router to its factory default settings (see 'Resetting the Device' in Operating Instructions).

Maintenance

  • Keep the device clean and free from dust by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the device yourself. This could void the warranty and cause damage.
