6. Setup Instructions

1. Connect Power: Use the provided Type-C cable to connect the wireless charger to a power adapter.
2. Recommended Adapter: For the best and fastest charging experience, it is highly recommended to use a high-power adapter over 20W, specifically a QC 3.0 power adapter. Using a normal 5W/10W charger may result in slower charging or reduced output.
3. Placement: Place the charging station on a stable, flat surface within the recommended operating temperature range (0-35°C).

7. Operating Instructions

Once the charging station is powered on, you can begin charging your devices:

1. Charge Mobile Phone: Place your compatible smartphone on the upright charging pad. The charger supports both horizontal and vertical charging, allowing you to watch videos or make video calls while charging. Ensure the phone is centered on the pad for optimal charging. The charging indicator light will illuminate to confirm charging.
2. Charge Smartwatch: Place your compatible Samsung Galaxy Watch on the dedicated circular charging area at the top of the station.
3. Charge Earbuds: Place your compatible earbuds case on the flat charging base at the bottom of the station.
4. Charging Indicator: The charging station features a charging indicator to show when devices are actively charging.

8. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the surface of the charging station. Do not use chemicals, soap, or detergents for cleaning, as these can damage the product.
• Storage: When not in use, store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

9. Troubleshooting

• Device Not Charging / Slow Charging:
  • Ensure you are using a QC 3.0 (18W or higher) power adapter. Lower wattage adapters may result in slow charging or insufficient power for multiple devices.
  • Check if the device is properly aligned on the charging pad.
  • Remove any thick phone cases (>0.2 inches), metal objects, credit cards, or magnetic attachments from your device.
  • Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the charger and the power adapter.
• Charging Intermittently:
  • This could be due to the charger's built-in protection features if it detects abnormal conditions or misuse. Disconnect and reconnect the power, then try again.
  • Ensure the ambient temperature is within the recommended range (0-35°C).
• Indicator Light Not Working:
  • Ensure the charger is properly connected to a working power source.
  • If the light is off but devices are charging, it might be a minor fault not affecting functionality. If no devices are charging, refer to 'Device Not Charging' steps.
