2. Setup

2.1. APP Download

2.2. Wi-Fi Connection (Mobile Devices)

  1. Power On: Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.

2.3. Computer Connection (Windows)

  1. Download Software: Download and install the "Smart Camera" software from www.inskam.com/download/camera.zip.
  2. Connect Device: Connect the dental camera to your computer using the provided Type-C interface cable.
  3. Power On: Press the power button to turn on the camera.
  4. Switch Mode: Press and hold the LED light adjustment button for 3 seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator will turn off, indicating it's in PC mode.
  5. Run Software: Launch the "Smart Camera" software.

2.4. Computer Connection (MAC)

  1. Locate Application: In the "Applications" directory of your Finder window, find "Photo Booth".
  2. Connect Device: Connect the dental camera to your Mac using the Type-C interface cable.
  3. Power On: Press the power button to turn on the camera.
  4. Switch Mode: Press and hold the LED light adjustment button for 3 seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator will turn off.
  5. Run Software: Launch "Photo Booth" and select "USB CAMERA" as the input source. The connection is successful, and you can begin use.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1. Device Functions

  • Lens: Equipped with 8 LED lights and an HD camera.
  • Take Pictures / Videos: Short press the dedicated button to take a picture. Long press for 3 seconds to start recording a video.
  • Zoom In and Out: Short press the zoom button to cycle through magnification levels (1.0X, 1.5X, 2.0X).
  • LED Lights: Adjust the brightness of the LED lights by cycling through three levels: 100%, 80%, 50%, and 0%.
  • Wi-Fi Indicator: Flashes when Wi-Fi is not connected; remains steadily on when Wi-Fi is connected.
  • Battery Indicator: Flashes red when the battery is low; remains steadily red when charging; turns steadily green when fully charged.
  • Switch Key: Long press for 3 seconds to power the device on or off.

4. Maintenance

4.1. Cleaning

4.2. Charging

When the battery indicator flashes red, the battery is low. Please use a 5V-500mA (or 1A) power adapter to charge the device. The red light will be steadily on during charging, and the green light will be steadily on when fully charged. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours.
