The XDOBO BOSS speaker is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. It is effective against rain and splashes.

  • Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
  • After exposure to water, especially saltwater or chlorinated water, rinse the speaker with fresh water and allow it to air dry completely before charging or using the ports.
  • Do not intentionally submerge the speaker for extended periods or beyond the specified depth.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Speaker won't turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
  • No sound: Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is properly paired via Bluetooth or that the TF card is inserted correctly.
  • Bluetooth pairing issues: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode. Turn off Bluetooth on other nearby devices to avoid interference. Try unpairing and re-pairing the speaker from your device's Bluetooth settings.
  • Poor sound quality: Ensure the speaker is within the Bluetooth range (up to 30m). Check for obstacles between the speaker and your device. Try playing a different audio source.
  • Charging issues: Verify the charging cable is securely connected. Ensure the power adapter is 5V/2A and not a fast charger.
