7. Troubleshooting
7.1 No display on the screen, no electricity
Check if the USB cable is damaged. Replace the USB cable for testing. Ensure you are not using a voltage higher than 5V for power supply.
7.2 No vehicle speed
The power-on satellite icon flashes to indicate the satellite search status. In underground parking lots, tunnels, under bridges, or when there are obstacles, the device may not connect to the satellite. Move the car to an open road and wait for the satellite icon to stop flashing, then it can be used normally.
7.3 Time Calibration
- Adjust the time zone of your location if you do not receive satellite signals.
- After the device finds the satellite, adjust and synchronize with the local time.
7.4 Inaccurate speed
Check if the speed unit is correctly set (KM/H or MPH, refer to setting option 5). When the car leaves the factory, the manufacturer often increases the speed displayed on the dashboard by 5-7%. To fine-tune the vehicle speed, if your car's instrument shows 100 Km/h and the HUD shows 105 Km/h, adjust the parameter value to 102 (refer to setting option 1).
7.5 Wrong display of driving direction
When there is no speed, the satellite cannot identify your driving direction. The compass can only be displayed normally when the speed exceeds 5 KM/H.
7.6 The speed is still displayed after the car stops
In underground parking lots, tunnels, and overpasses, when there are obstacles, the GPS signal will be unstable and the satellite may drift. Please drive the car to an open road for accurate readings.
7.7 Turn off the buzzer
Long press the Add (▶) button for 2 seconds to turn off the buzzer. Press and hold again for 2 seconds to turn on the buzzer.
