To clean your smartphone:

  • Power off the device before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen and body.
  • For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen cleaner.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture.

5. Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to some common issues you might encounter:

  • Phone not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Apps crashing or freezing: Close the problematic app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your phone. Check for app updates in the Google Play Store.
  • Poor Wi-Fi/Cellular connectivity: Toggle Wi-Fi/Cellular data off and on. Restart your router for Wi-Fi issues. Ensure your SIM card is properly inserted and your plan is active.
  • Fingerprint sensor not working: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Re-register your fingerprint in settings if necessary.
  • Slow performance: Close unused apps, clear cache, and free up storage space. Consider a factory reset as a last resort (back up your data first).
