4. Device Layout

- Home Button: Powers on/off the controller and returns to home screen.
- View Button: Accesses system menus or specific in-game functions.
- Left Stick (LS): Left analog stick, also functions as a button when pressed down.
- D-Pad: Directional pad for precise movement.
- RB (Right Bumper): Right shoulder button.
- RT (Right Trigger): Right analog trigger.
- Menu Button: Accesses in-game menus or system options.

5.1 Connection Status Indicators

6. Connection Tutorials
6.1 PC Connection
Wired Connection
- Use the provided Type-C cable to connect the controller to the PC.
- After a successful connection, the controller's indicator stays green.
Bluetooth Connection
- With the controller powered off, briefly press the B+Home buttons until the Home indicator flashes blue, then release the buttons.
- Open the PC's Bluetooth list, select the device: Xbox Wireless Controller, and click connect.
- When the Home indicator displays a steady blue light, it indicates a successful connection.
- Reconnection: If the controller mode remains unchanged, simply power on by pressing the controller's Home button next time to reconnect to the device.
- If you can't detect the controller's Bluetooth signal, try deleting "Xbox Wireless Controller" from your PC's Bluetooth paired devices.
- If you encounter difficulties with pairing, refer to the connection status list above.
6.2 Switch Connection
Bluetooth Connection
- On the Switch main screen, go to "Controllers," then select "Change Grip / Order," and wait on this screen.
- With the controller powered off, briefly press the Y+Home buttons until the Home Indicator rapidly flashes red, then release the buttons and wait for the connection.
- A steady red Home indicator indicates a successful connection.
- Reconnection: If the controller mode remains unchanged, simply power on by pressing the controller's Home button next time to reconnect to the console.

Wired Connection
- On the Switch main screen, go to "System Settings," select "Controllers and Sensors," and enable the wired connection option for the Pro Controller.
- Place the Switch console on the dock.
- Use the included Type-C cable to connect the controller to the Switch dock.
- A steady red Home indicator indicates a successful connection.
- If connecting only to the Switch console, you will need to provide your own OTG adapter.
6.3 Android Connection Tutorial
Bluetooth Connection
- With the controller powered off, briefly press the A+Home buttons until the Home Indicator rapidly flashes yellow, then release the buttons.
- Open your phone's Bluetooth list, select the device: GameSir-Nova Lite, and click connect.
- When the Home indicator displays a steady yellow light, it indicates a successful connection.
- Reconnection: If the controller mode remains unchanged, simply power on by pressing the controller's Home button next time to reconnect to the device.

6.4 iOS Connection Tutorial
Bluetooth Connection

- Open your mobile device's Bluetooth list, select the device: Xbox Wireless Controller, and click connect.
- When the Home indicator displays a steady blue indicator, it indicates a successful connection.
- Reconnection: If the controller mode remains unchanged, simply power on by pressing the controller's Home button next time to reconnect to the device.
- If you can't detect the controller's Bluetooth signal, try deleting "Xbox Wireless Controller" from your mobile device's Bluetooth paired devices.

7. Advanced Features
7.1 Turbo Settings
The Nova Lite features a 20Hz Turbo function for faster response. This function can be customized for specific buttons.
- Configurable buttons: A, B, X, Y, LB, LT, RB, RT.
- Set Turbo: Hold the M button and then press the desired button to enable the Turbo function. Repeat this action to disable Turbo.
- Clear Turbo for all buttons: Double-click the M button.
- Indicator: When the Turbo button is triggered, the Home indicator flashes red twice per second.
- This setting will be preserved even after the controller is restarted.
7.2 Button Combinations for Convenient Control

7.3 Sticks & Triggers Calibration
To calibrate the sticks and triggers for optimal performance:
- When the controller is turned on, hold the
+
buttons until the Home button blinks white slowly. - Press LT & RT to their maximum travel 3 times.
- Rotate the sticks at their maximum angles 3 times.
- Press the A button. The Home button will become solid white to indicate the calibration is over.
8. Controller Reset
If you encounter unresponsive controller buttons, you can use a small object (like a paperclip) to press the Reset button inside the circular hole on the back of the controller. This will force the controller to power off.

- USB Dongle: The GameSir T4 Nova Lite controller comes with a USB dongle for 2.4GHz wireless connectivity, which is useful for platforms like PC or Android devices that may not have native Bluetooth support or for a more stable connection.
- Bluetooth Pairing Issues: If you experience difficulty pairing via Bluetooth, try removing any previously paired "Xbox Wireless Controller" entries from your device's Bluetooth settings before attempting to pair the Nova Lite.
- Wired Mode for Switch: For a stable connection on Nintendo Switch, especially for competitive play, consider using the wired mode via the Type-C cable and the Switch dock, ensuring "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in system settings.
