4. Installation Guide
The Junsun radio's power cable is designed for pin-to-pin connection, allowing direct connection to your car's power interface for easy installation. Professional installation is recommended.
4.1. Before and After Installation

4.2. Rear View Camera Connection (Optional)
If you have an optional rear view camera, follow these wiring instructions:
- Connect the red cable (②) to the backup light's positive (+) terminal.
- Connect the black cable (①) to the Ground (GND).
- Connect the reversing detection cable (④, brown color) to the red cable (③) extending from the video input cable.

5. Initial Setup and UI
5.1. Junsun UI 4.0
The Junsun UI 4.0 features a professional design for safe driving. It includes day and night modes that automatically adjust based on car headlights, optimizing screen brightness for ambient conditions. Common functions like navigation, music, and Bluetooth calls are integrated into the desktop for one-click access.

5.2. Customizable Adjustment Icons
You can customize the arrangement of application icons on the screen for quick access to your most used features.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
The Junsun radio supports Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto (V1 C/V1 Pro C/V1 Plus versions). This allows seamless integration of your smartphone's functions and applications, such as navigation, music, calls, and messaging, directly onto the car radio display.
6.1.1. Connecting Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and pair it with the car's Bluetooth.
- Once paired, the car radio will automatically switch to the Zlink or AutoLink interface.
- Your phone will prompt you to "use carplay with Zlink or AutoLink." Confirm this.
- Ensure your mobile phone's Wi-Fi is turned on for the CarPlay/Android Auto connection to establish.

6.1.2. Connecting Wired CarPlay/Android Auto
Use your original data cable to connect your phone to the 4 PIN USB cable of the car radio. Then, activate the CarPlay/Android Auto function on your phone and select the "AutoLink" or "ZLINK5" icon on the device to connect.
6.2. DSP Sound System
The Digital Sound Processor (DSP) optimizes sound quality and adapts to various environments. It allows fine-tuning of audio parameters such as equalization, bass filtering, and sound field adjustments to match your car's acoustics and speaker setup.

6.3. GPS Navigation
The Junsun car navigation system includes built-in offline maps and supports online maps. It provides free updates to ensure you always have the latest map data, offering uninterrupted navigation regardless of network conditions.

6.4. AI Voice Control
Control your radio by voice commands to enhance driving safety. The system supports advanced voice control for various functions like making calls, navigating, and playing music.

6.5. Online Radio
The online radio feature allows you to search and listen to multiple channels from over 20 countries, providing a wide range of stations even when you are far from home.

6.6. Junsun Online App (4G Version Only)
For 4G versions, the exclusive "Junsun Online" app allows you to track your vehicle's real-time location, replay historical routes, and remotely monitor and capture images (requires an optional dashcam). This enhances driving safety and provides insights into driving performance.

6.7. ADAS Dashcam (Optional)
An optional ADAS Dashcam provides advanced driver assistance systems, 1080P HD shooting, and hidden installation for safe driving. It displays warnings for lane departure (LDWS), forward vehicle distance (FVDW), and forward collision (FCWS).

6.8. Rear View Camera (Optional)
With an optional rear view camera, you can clearly see blind spots and obstacles behind your vehicle in real-time, significantly reducing the risk of reversing accidents.

6.9. Split Screens
The split-screen function allows for superior multitasking. For example, the main driver can use navigation while a passenger watches a video, or you can listen to music on one side and use ADAS DVR functions on the other.

6.10. AV-Out
Connect your car navigation system to an external display using the AV-Out feature. This allows you to project content and functionality onto supported external display devices for a clearer and more immersive audio-visual experience.

8. Troubleshooting
8.1. Steering Wheel Control Not Working
If your steering wheel controls are not functioning, please check the following:
- Without Canbus:
- For V1/V1.C/V1 Pro/V1 Pro.C models: Go to Car Settings > General > SWC Type > Learning Type to configure.
- For V1 Plus models: Go to Settings > Car Information > SWC > Learning Type to configure.
- With Canbus:
- Ensure the 8-pin interface of the Canbus cable is correctly connected.
- Select the correct Canbus type in the settings. If you are unsure of the Canbus model, contact customer service for assistance.
8.2. Boot Logo Display
Due to copyright issues, the boot logo may not be displayed by default. If you need to modify the logo, please contact Junsun customer service for specific instructions.

9. Maintenance
9.1. Cleaning the Screen
To clean the touch screen, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen.
9.2. Cooling Fan
The radio is equipped with a powerful cooling fan (included in V1 Plus/V2 Plus models) to prevent overheating and ensure smooth operation. In the app, you can set the fan to automatically turn on when the CPU temperature exceeds 70°C and turn off when it drops below 70°C. You can also manually control the switch.

9.3. Software Updates
Junsun provides free updates for Firmware, Software, UI, and Navigation maps. Regularly check for updates to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features. OTA (Over-The-Air) updates are available for online upgrades (V2 Plus not supported for OTA).

10. User Tips
- 4G vs. WiFi Version: If you frequently use internet-dependent features like online maps or streaming while driving, consider the 4G version to avoid draining your smartphone's battery by using it as a hotspot.
- External Microphone: While the radio has a built-in microphone, an external microphone can be connected via an RCA cable for potentially clearer audio quality during calls.
- Canbus for Steering Wheel Controls: Always verify if your car requires a Canbus adapter for steering wheel controls to function correctly. If included, ensure it's properly connected and configured in the settings.
