Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body and lens. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the device.

Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When not in use for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.

3. Data Management

Regularly transfer recorded files to a computer or external storage device to free up internal memory and prevent data loss. Connect the camera to your computer using the provided USB-C cable. The camera will appear as a removable drive, allowing you to access and transfer files.

Troubleshooting

  • Camera not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. If the issue persists, try resetting the device (if a reset button is available, refer to the full user manual).
  • Recording issues: Check if the internal memory is full. Transfer files to clear space. Ensure the camera is in the correct recording mode.
  • Short battery life: Ensure the camera is fully charged before use. Certain features like continuous recording or night vision consume more power.
