5.2. Dual Channel Waveform Output
The JDS2800 features two completely independent channels (CH1 and CH2). You can output the same or different waveforms simultaneously. All parameters for each channel can be adjusted independently, including frequency, amplitude, offset, and duty cycle. The phase difference between the two channels is continuously adjustable from 0-359.9°.
5.3. Frequency Sweep Function
The device supports frequency sweep functionality, allowing you to sweep linearly or logarithmically. The sweep frequency range is from 0 to 60 MHz (depending on the specific model variant).
5.4. Pulse Function
The pulse width is digitally controlled and precisely adjustable. This function allows for fine-tuning of pulse parameters, including pulse width (25ns-4000s), pulse offset (0%-120%), and pulse amplitude (0-10V with 0.01V accuracy).
5.5. Burst Function (Trigger Function)
The burst function utilizes four trigger modes to generate pulse trains. You can use sine wave, square wave, saw-tooth wave, or arbitrary wave to trigger the output of a specific number of waveform periods. The number of pulse periods is continuously adjustable between 0 and 1,048,575.
5.6. Measurement Function
The measurement function allows you to analyze external signals. It can measure frequency, period, positive/negative pulse width, and duty cycle of signals within a 1Hz to 100MHz range. Connect the signal to be measured to the Ext.IN port.
5.7. Arbitrary Waveform Drawing
Utilize the provided PC software and communication protocol to draw and upload custom arbitrary waveforms to the device. This allows for highly specialized signal generation tailored to your specific needs.
