2. Setup and Assembly
2.1 Assembly
- Attach the Retractable Metal Tube: Align the metal tube with the main motor unit and push until it clicks into place.
- Attach the Motorized Floor Brush: Connect the motorized floor brush to the other end of the metal tube, ensuring it clicks securely.
- Install the Battery Pack: Slide the battery pack into the designated slot on the main motor unit until it locks.

2.2 Charging the Battery

3.1 Power On/Off and Speed Modes

- Crevices & Upholstery: Attach the 2-in-1 brush (crevice nozzle) directly to the main motor unit for cleaning tight spaces, sofa gaps, and upholstery.
- High Areas: Extend the retractable metal tube and attach the 2-in-1 brush to clean ceilings, curtains, and other elevated surfaces.
3.3 Emptying the Dust Box
To maintain optimal suction and hygiene, empty the dust box regularly, preferably after each use.
- Hold the main motor unit over a trash bin.
- Press the dust box release button (usually located near the bottom of the dust cup).
- The bottom cover of the dust box will open, allowing debris to fall out.
- Close the dust box cover securely after emptying.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your INSE S500 vacuum cleaner.
4.1 Cleaning the Filtration System
The vacuum features a 5-stage high-efficiency filtration system. Regular cleaning of filters is crucial.
- Disassemble: Twist and pull to separate the dust cup from the main motor unit. Remove the internal filter components (Sponge Filter, HEPA Filter, Multi-Cone Cyclone, Primary Filter).
- Clean Filters: Tap the filters gently to remove loose dust. Rinse the HEPA filter and sponge filter under cold running water. Do not use detergent.
- Dry Thoroughly: Allow all filter components to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat.
- Reassemble: Once completely dry, reassemble the filters in reverse order and attach the dust cup back to the main motor unit.
Note: An extra HEPA filter is included for convenience, allowing you to use the vacuum while one filter is drying.
4.2 Cleaning the Brush Roll
Hair and debris can get tangled in the motorized floor brush. Use the included 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to remove them.
- Turn off the vacuum and detach the motorized floor brush.
- Locate the brush roll release mechanism (usually a latch or button) and remove the brush roll.
- Use the hooked end of the cleaning gadget to cut and remove tangled hair and fibers from the brush roll.
- Clean any debris from the brush roll housing.
- Reinsert the brush roll and secure it in place.
