5. Setup and Installation

1. Remove the car's head unit to access the rear connections.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Switching to CarPlay/Android Auto

2. Wired CarPlay: Connect your iPhone using a Lightning cable to the USB port provided by the CarPlay kit. Ensure Wi-Fi is turned off on your phone for wired connection.
3. Android Auto: Connect your Android phone using a USB cable to the USB port provided by the CarPlay kit.
4. Mirror-linking: For Apple devices (iOS 9+), connect via a Lightning cable. For Android devices, use a wired connection and ensure the necessary mirroring app is installed (download link may be provided during setup).

• CarPlay/Android Auto not connecting wirelessly: Ensure Bluetooth is paired first, then Wi-Fi will be used for data transfer. Check if your phone's Wi-Fi is enabled. Try restarting both your phone and the car's infotainment system.
