Processing certain materials (e.g., PVC, fluorinated plastics) is strictly prohibited due to toxic fumes and fire risk.

  • Material Restrictions: Engraving or cutting of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and fluorinated plastics is strictly prohibited. These materials release toxic and corrosive fumes when laser processed.
  • Environmental Requirements: The working environment should be well-ventilated and free from flammable materials.
  • Device Protection: Do not operate at full power continuously beyond the maximum continuous duty time specified in the product manual to prevent overheating and damage.
  • Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized disassembly of the laser module, electrical circuit modification, or removal of safety interlocks is strictly prohibited and voids the warranty.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Parameter Setup and Test Run

In the software (e.g., LightBurn or LaserGRBL), set appropriate power, speed, and pass count according to the material type and thickness. It is recommended to perform a small test run on scrap material to fine-tune settings before starting the main project.

5.2. Starting Processing

Close the protective cover and activate the exhaust system (if applicable). Send the processing command from the software or mobile app. Always supervise the machine during operation.
