Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ACEFAST H2 ANC Wireless Over-Ear Headphones. These headphones are designed to provide a superior audio experience with advanced features such as Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for calls, Hi-Res sound quality, and a comfortable over-ear design. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new headphones.

Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. The headphones support fast charging, allowing for 2 hours of listening time with just a 10-minute charge. A full charge provides up to 80 hours of continuous playback (with noise reduction off).

2. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the power button until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "ACEFAST H2 ANC" from the list of devices.
  5. Once connected, the indicator light will change to a steady blue or turn off, depending on the model.

The headphones support connecting to two devices simultaneously, allowing for seamless switching between Android, iOS, and Windows systems.

3. Wired Connection

For a finer and purer Hi-Fi level sound quality, or when battery is low, you can connect the headphones using the included 3.5mm audio adapter cable.

  1. Plug one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the audio jack on the headphones.
  2. Plug the other end into the 3.5mm audio output of your device.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the power button until the indicator light illuminates.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the power button until the indicator light turns off.

2. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)

The headphones feature ANC for reducing external noise by up to -40dB and ENC for clear high-definition calls.

  • Activate/Deactivate ANC: Press the dedicated ANC button (refer to Figure 5 for button location).
  • ENC is automatically active during calls to ensure efficient communication.

3. Volume Control and Playback

Use the control buttons located on the earcup (refer to Figure 5) to manage audio playback and volume:

  • Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
  • Volume Down: Press the '-' button.
  • Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button (usually the power button or a dedicated central button).
  • Next Track: Double-press the multi-function button.
  • Previous Track: Triple-press the multi-function button.

4. Call Management

The headphones include an integrated microphone for hands-free calling with ENC noise reduction.

  • Answer/End Call: Press the multi-function button.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button.

5. Low Latency Mode (Gaming)

The headphones feature professional-grade low-latency technology for an immersive gaming experience, allowing you to detect in-game positions in real-time.

6. Adjustable and Foldable Design

The headphones are designed for comfort and portability with telescopic adjustment and a foldable structure.

  • Telescopic Adjustment: Adjust the headband length for a comfortable fit.
  • Foldable Design: Fold the earcups inward for easy storage and portability.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • Wipe the headphones with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • The protein leather and memory foam earcups are skin-friendly; clean gently to maintain their quality.

2. Storage

  • Store the headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Use the foldable design to store them compactly when not in use.

3. Water Resistance

The headphones have an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. They are not designed for submersion in water.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Solution
Headphones won't turn on Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source using the charging cable.
Cannot pair via Bluetooth Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headphones are in pairing mode. Move the headphones closer to your device. Forget previous pairings on your device and try again.
No sound or low volume Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly connected (Bluetooth or wired). If using wired, ensure the cable is fully inserted.
ANC not working effectively Ensure ANC is activated. Make sure the earcups form a good seal around your ears.
Poor call quality Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Check your device's settings to ensure the headphones are selected as the audio input/output device.

User Tips

  • For optimal noise cancellation, ensure the earcups fully cover your ears and the headband is adjusted for a snug fit.

  • If experiencing audio lag during gaming, ensure your device supports low-latency Bluetooth connections and that the headphones are in an optimal low-latency mode if available (usually automatic).
  • When switching between two connected devices, ensure playback is paused on the first device before starting on the second for a smoother transition.
