4. Setup Guide
4.1 Assembly
- Attach the Metal Column to the Base: Securely fasten the metal column to the designated slot on the base.
- Mount the Microscope Unit: Slide the microscope unit onto the metal column and tighten the locking screw to hold it in place.
- Install the Beam: Attach the horizontal beam to the metal column, ensuring it is stable.
- Position the Tool Holder and Adjustable Arm: Mount the tool holder and adjustable arm onto the beam as desired for your workspace.
- Connect Helping Hands: Attach the soldering helping hands to the adjustable arm or directly to the base.
- Place the Repair Mat: Position the repair mat on the base for a stable and protected work surface.


4.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided power adapter to the microscope unit and plug it into a suitable power outlet (5V DC). Use the switch cable to power on/off the device.
4.3 Remote Control Battery Installation
The remote control requires 2x AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control, insert the batteries with correct polarity, and close the compartment.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Operation
- Power On: Press the power button on the microscope unit or use the switch cable.
- Place Object: Position the object you wish to inspect on the repair mat directly under the microscope lens.
- Adjust Focus: Rotate the focus wheel on the microscope lens to achieve a clear image on the 10.1-inch display. You can also adjust the object distance by moving the microscope unit up or down the metal column.

5.2 Lighting Adjustment
The microscope features adjustable LED lights. You can adjust the irradiation direction and brightness of the main lights. The endoscope also has adjustable lighting. Refer to the diagram below for light control options.

5.3 Using the Endoscope
The included endoscope provides a 360° all-around view, allowing inspection of hard-to-reach areas or component sides. Connect the endoscope to the designated port on the microscope unit. The endoscope has its own adjustable lighting.

5.4 Output Options
- HDMI Output: Connect an HDMI cable from the microscope to an external monitor or TV for a Full HD (1920x1080) display.
- PC Output: Connect the microscope to a Windows PC via USB. Use the dedicated PC software for measurement and advanced functions. Note: The endoscope does not support PC output.
- WIFI Output: The microscope supports WIFI connectivity for wireless viewing on compatible devices. Refer to the specific instructions for WIFI setup in the full user manual.

5.5 Recording and Capturing
Insert a Micro-SD card (up to 64GB, not included) into the microscope's card slot to record videos (MP4 format) and capture photos (JPG format). Use the buttons on the microscope unit or the remote control to initiate recording or capture images.

- Cleaning the Lens: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a specialized lens cleaning solution to gently clean the microscope lens and endoscope lens. Avoid abrasive materials.
- Cleaning the Display: Wipe the 10.1-inch display with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn smudges, use a screen cleaner designed for electronics.
- General Cleaning: Keep the microscope unit and stand free from dust and debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean hard-to-reach areas.
- Storage: When not in use, store the microscope in a clean, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- UV Filter: The UV filter is pre-assembled to protect the lens. Ensure it remains clean and undamaged.
7. Troubleshooting
- No image on display:
- Ensure the power adapter is correctly connected and the device is powered on. Check all cable connections (HDMI, USB). Verify the lens cap is removed.
- Image is blurry:
- Adjust the focus wheel on the microscope lens. Adjust the object distance by moving the microscope unit up or down the column. Ensure the object is within the minimum focus distance (50mm).
- No PC connection:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the microscope and the PC. Install the correct PC software and drivers. Remember the endoscope does not support PC output.
- Remote control not working:
- Check if the AAA batteries are correctly inserted and not depleted. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the microscope's IR receiver.
- Cannot record video or take photos:
- Ensure a Micro-SD card is inserted and has sufficient free space. Check if the card is properly formatted (FAT32 recommended).
