4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the tablet using the provided power adapter. Connect the adapter to the DC port on the tablet and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator will show the charging status.
4.2 Inserting SIM/TF Card
- Locate the SIM/TF card slot cover on the side of the tablet (refer to Figure 4).
- Carefully open the protective cover.
- Insert the Micro SIM card into the designated SIM card slot with the gold contacts facing down.
- Insert the TF card (MicroSD card) into the designated TF card slot.
- Ensure both cards are seated correctly and close the protective cover firmly to maintain IP68 rating.
4.3 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button (refer to Figure 4) for a few seconds until the screen lights up.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button, then select 'Shut down' from the options on the screen. Alternatively, a short press will put the tablet to sleep.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Operating System
Your tablet comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro (Default) or Windows 10 (Optional). Navigate the interface using the touch screen. Standard Windows operations apply.

5.2 Touch Screen
The 10.1-inch IPS HD screen supports 10-point G+G touch with a hardness of ≥7H. It also supports glove touch, making it suitable for various work environments. Brightness is adjustable for clear visibility even in sunlight (700cd/m²).

5.3 Wireless Connectivity
The tablet supports stable wireless connections for real-time data upload and inventory management.

5.5 Docking Station (Optional)
The optional docking station provides additional connectivity and charging capabilities via the 12Pin POGO PIN connector. It typically includes a 12V DC input, COM port (RS232), LAN port (RJ45), and additional USB ports.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
To clean the tablet, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen or casing. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before cleaning to maintain water and dust resistance.
6.2 IP68 Rating
The tablet is IP68 rated, meaning it is waterproof, dustproof, anti-shock, anti-pressure, and anti-drop. This robust design ensures durability in harsh environments. However, always ensure all port covers are sealed to maintain this protection.

6.3 Battery Care
The tablet is equipped with a 7.6V/5000mAh high-voltage lithium battery. To prolong battery life:
- Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Do not fully discharge the battery frequently.
- Store the tablet with a partial charge if not used for extended periods.
6.4 Software Updates
Regularly check for and install operating system and driver updates to ensure optimal performance and security. These updates are typically managed through the Windows Update settings.
7. Troubleshooting
- Tablet not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the power adapter and try again.
- Touch screen unresponsive: Restart the tablet. If the issue persists, ensure the screen is clean and free of debris.
- No Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection: Check if Wi-Fi/Bluetooth is enabled in Windows settings. Ensure you are within range of a network/device.
- Device running slow: Close unnecessary applications. Check for available storage space. Consider performing a system cleanup or factory reset if issues persist (back up data first).
- Optional scanner/NFC not working: Ensure the feature is enabled in settings or the relevant application. Check for driver updates.
