8. Troubleshooting

Q: The unit does not power on.
A: Ensure the car charger is securely plugged into both the unit and the vehicle's power outlet. Check if the vehicle's power outlet is functioning. If using the professional power cable, verify all connections (BAT+, GND, ACC) are correct.
Q: Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto is not connecting.
A: Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone. Ensure the unit's Bluetooth is discoverable. Try restarting both the unit and your smartphone. Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
Q: No audio output to car speakers.
A: Check your selected audio output method (Bluetooth, FM, AUX). If using FM, ensure the unit and your car radio are tuned to the same clear, unused frequency. If using AUX, ensure the cable is properly connected and your car's audio input is set to AUX.
Q: Recording is not working or footage is missing.
A: Ensure a compatible memory card is inserted and properly formatted. Check the loop recording settings. If footage is missing after an incident, verify the G-sensor sensitivity settings.
Q: Rear camera image is not displayed.
A: Verify that the rear camera is correctly installed and connected to the unit. Check the camera cable for any damage. Ensure the vehicle is in reverse gear if it's an automatic trigger.
